“Wow what can I say Ruby Uk is a fantastic company. Put my order in midway through Thursday and it was delivered lunchtime on Saturday. I’ve got a bad knee and driver no 14 (they don’t have names) said don’t worry I’ll bring it down the drive for you. The whole order weighed in at 340 kg so not a small job. Also the delivery is tracked right from the order being placed all the way to telling you what drop number you are and then5 4 3 2 1 mins to your house. If only all companies were like Ruby. I think I would still be waiting for my local saw mill to answer the phone. And they charge £30 delivery they are only 5 miles away. So yes if I could give Ruby 10 I would. Plus they were bound to be good because our dog is called Ruby and she’s great 👍 well done Ruby!”
“Gate of good quality and very sturdy. Unfortunately, a piece on the end of the gate had splintered probably due to courier handling, however stuck back down with wood glue and hopefully will be ok once painted to our colour. Thanks”
