“My Decking planters are amazing, solid and attractive. They arrived yesterday earlier than expected. The quality was commented on by my removal men this morning. I cant wait to fill them in my new courtyard garden.”

“The ordering process and delivery is great but I think they are over priced. I purchased larch cladding and it was twisted and I really struggled to connect the wood. I didn’t have enough in the end so having spent £400 I had to bodge up my shed door in other wood. I also purchased 6 x 1 larch edging and that was split and not even the same width.”

“Hi there, I own a driveway gate company, I completed my first order with yourselves, on the whole I was pleased with the product however there was some damage to some. I want to continue to use Ruby uk but was a little disappointed with the damage.”

“Wow what can I say Ruby Uk is a fantastic company. Put my order in midway through Thursday and it was delivered lunchtime on Saturday. I’ve got a bad knee and driver no 14 (they don’t have names) said don’t worry I’ll bring it down the drive for you. The whole order weighed in at 340 kg so not a small job. Also the delivery is tracked right from the order being placed all the way to telling you what drop number you are and then5 4 3 2 1 mins to your house. If only all companies were like Ruby. I think I would still be waiting for my local saw mill to answer the phone. And they charge £30 delivery they are only 5 miles away. So yes if I could give Ruby 10 I would. Plus they were bound to be good because our dog is called Ruby and she’s great 👍 well done Ruby!”

“Gate of good quality and very sturdy. Unfortunately, a piece on the end of the gate had splintered probably due to courier handling, however stuck back down with wood glue and hopefully will be ok once painted to our colour. Thanks”

“I have used Ruby for bulk timber purchases on a number of occasions and have always found them to be reasonably priced and very efficient, with perhaps the best delivery tracking service in the business! Recommended.”
