“Having confirmed delivery instructions prior to placing the order, what seemed a simple request to be "informed of delivery day & time" turned out to be impossible for Ruby to carry out. 1 to 5 day delivery turned out to be 10 day, No response from " transport manager" as promised by "on line chat" response. No confirmation email on day of delivery nor text/call from delivery driver.
However the product, 12ft gate is excellent and great quality.”
