“Ordered twice from Ruby Group - first time all ok - second time the wrong timber was delivered - however a webchat and phonecall quickly sorted this out. A few days later, the wrong items were collected and the correct ones delivered. Impressed with speedy and courteous service - will definitely use again!”

“I ordered two 1.2 metre wooden planters on line. Throughout the process I was kept informed of the progress of the order and on the day of delivery I was able to track the order which arrived exactly as advised. We are delighted with the quality and sturdy construction of the planters. I would not hesitate to recommend Ruby.”

“Was very dubious as found Ruby via FB, wow, what a service, all of my future timber requirements will be sourced from Ruby for sure, fantastic customer service, great pricing and delivery was examplary and industry leading, delivered to a very rural location, vehicle got stuck, driver didnt lose his sense of humour and happily assisted unloading, truly fantastic service.”

“If it was stated at the time of ordering that delivery was to kerbside only (and not even kerbside outside my home - neighbour's kerbside), then iI missed it. Fortunately, very helpful driver took pity on me and helped me get stuff into the garden.”
