“Positives Sofa quality excellent. Only assmebly required was the sofa legs. Good delivery times. Delivery updates provided. Negative 21Oct2021 Update - Company provided refund on replacement leg purchase. Wrong legs provided for the Ottaman. No replacement legs provided after contacting the company. Ended up buying legs from another vendor.”

“I cannot praise the Rubeza team highly enough. Its scary buying an expensive item on line so I had many questions. The helpline was brilliant, really efficient & continued to assist after hours too! Once I'd placed the order the efficiency continued with delivery times & text updates as appropriate. The unit arrived on time, packaged well & delivered by a polite young man who had the correct equipment to transfer the cabinet & top (2 boxes) safely into our home. Finally, I couldn't be more thrilled with the quality of the double sink cabinet & quartz top. 10/10 Rubeza, wonderful product & service :-)”

“Delivered quickly and effectively by polite and helpful delivery team. Website easy to use and place the order, and kept updated though out the order process. Absolutely fantastic quality furniture, minimum assembly required and items packaged very well. Highly recommended, will definitely use Rubeza again.”

“Ordered a kitchen island unit. Customer service worked with us to ensure we got all the information we required including changing the trim to our preferred colour. Delivery was swift and the team were great as they had to deliver to the first floor. Would definitely recommend Rubeza.”

“Lovely sink and vanity unit really good quality. The marble top was impressive too. We waited 4 months for this which was longer than expected but we were compensated for this, when the taps came it was unfortunately the wrong one delivered. They sorted this by sending the right one straight away. The splash-back was slightly cut bent but we didn’t want to wait longer for another, so a bit disappointed with this but overall a I’m happy with the product.”

“Customer service was great, very responsive. The product I ordered on the other hand, sadly, not that great. The Anatolia kitchen island (I ordered cabinet without the stone worktop so that I could have a worktop custom made to match my kitchen counters) is of poor quality and not what you'd expect at this price tag. The height doesn't meet minimum industry standard so is too low for bar/counter stools but too high for standard chairs. The top of the cabinet surface itself also isn't level (I checked my new floors to rule out it's the floor that isn't level). The delivery arrived without a back panel and when I requested to have it sent to me it was offered at £130 - the panel I received is a cheap 5mm thin particle board/plywood panel (worth £10 max) with holes in it, to be screwed into the cabinet leaving the screws visible. I have tried to find solutions for these shortcomings as I couldn't face the hassle of having to return it and now sadly missed the 14 days returns period and have to hire a carpenter to install a decent back panel, and to raise and level the top of the cabinet. All in all a massive waste of money. I'd recommend looking for kitchen islands elsewhere.”
