“Bought a tap from here. They sent in just a plastic bag! No protection at all, not even bubble wrap. Tap arrived dented and scratched. Sent pictures of the damage and asked for a refund, they have refused to send a returns label after several back and forth messages and now have point blank refused a refund as the tap was not in brand new condition as it was damaged. Terrible company, rude customer service. Would never buy anything from them again.”

Hi , Thank you for review however we offered you return and refund reason of you received package is damaged , however you told us your plumber used the taps and you said us you can not return the item. Without receiving original item we do not offer refunds unfortunately Kind Regards

“Brought a sofa and they are very expensive. In the Sides I’m getting black little dots coming out of the sofa, next day you see more dots coming out. It looks like black mouldy dots. There’s more coming out day by day. I have called them and the guy said take a picture and send it to us. He looked at it and said my house might be mouldy, secondly he also says that my kid has been writing out a pen. How silly can someone say that. They have said they can’t do nothing about it there’s no warranty they can’t do anything about it. They are a rip off, they make you by an expensive sofa and the whole set where you pay £6000 and they can’t do anything about it. Never by anything from Rubeza not worth it. They can’t help they will blame everything on you.”

“I ordered the 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, and the arm chair (all warm sand). Assembling them was easy and straight forward. There was a defect with the black nail holders beneath the 3 seater sofa, the plastic part was broken. Also, the 3 sofas were supposed to be delivered on the same day but 2 were first delivered before the last sofa was delivered 2 days later by the courier. This was not so nice. Courier said they forgot the last sofa. The sofas look nice in our living room and we've had it for more than a month now. Despite the slight hiccup, I recommend the sofa.”

“I am more than happy with my sofa and the service recieved by Rubeza. The communication throughout the whole process was so quick and personal. The sofa itself is better than I imagined, it is super comfortable and the colour is perfect. Would highly recommend and will 100% use again.”

“Faulty item - no refund or replacement. Item was faulty, covered under warranty and Rubeza will not refund or replace the item. Avoid this company and do not purchase as if something is wrong you will be out of pocket. I am at the stage of taking this to the small claims court.”

Hi , Safwan Item wasn't faulty and you used during the more than year reason of your issue is front of place is removable and while you take off and if you not put properly it will cause leaking from there it's the customer issue and these part's not related with fixing of plumbing plumber don't need to open front side of tap and if he open and he can't put properly again and if it's cause leaking its not our fault or product's fault , it's your unqualified plumber's fault. We still didin't understand why he take off front side. Also your unqualified plumber may damage any parts while open and fitting as well. Please find someone qualified to fit your tap. Kind Regards

“This is a difficult review to write. On one hand, the sofa did arrive - eventually and we absolutely love it. It is comfy and seems well made. On the delivery day it was possible to track the driver via a link and so I knew exactly when he would get to us. He also called us. This part of the service was fine. We had been given a 3-5pm slot. It turned up at 8pm but I was ok with this because I could see what was happening. However, far less perfect was the wait time from order to delivery and the total lack of communication from Rubeza unless I chased them. When I ordered the website said 7-10 days delivery. After 10 days I was sent an email asking if I liked my sofa (I did not have it so panicked and sent an email). The reply said I would be waiting 6-8 weeks. The reply came from an unbranded email and was poorly written. It did not feel real. One way or another, I spent 12 weeks wondering if I’d made a terrible mistake. Delay after delay, that was only ever explained if I chased them. The customer service was poor to say the least. It felt like a one man show - I believe this still to be the case. I spent many weeks worrying I had been scammed. They offered me a free cushion because they knew I was annoyed. I never got it! Sadly, I will not use Rubeza again as I lack trust in the company. However, the sofa is beautiful so I’m putting the experience behind me and I’m grateful for the fact that it did arrive eventually.”

Hi , Catherine When you ordered we informed you with our first communication item's not stock if you would like to wait you can wait or we can cancel and refund your funds you decide to carry on your order , The situation we was in unpredictable for us your piece was in the Container which is the Houthi's attack the Suez channel ships reason of this ships are change the route and it's the something not in our hand and again reason of ship's turned the Africa delivery time to us turned from 32-43 days to 75-90 days also we get extra premium they get this long route we are the victim of the Houthi attack also , But we are so tired world unstability and we decide to We are not selling any item's out of stock reason of we receiving bad feedbacks because even we don't know when will arrive shipping companies giving schedule we informed you this schedule when this change it you asking to us why change however we can't ask shipping companies same question , These is something we are not happy with it also , thank you for your kind review we will try to best to improve our service's.
