Well , what can I say … I ordered an armchair £399 without knowing/ being informed and cautioned that if I wanted to return I would need to pay £275 for transport back and extra £25 for unpacking it which means I would pay 300 in total and in return I would get £99 back!!! That’s unlawful actually and unfair given that I had not been made aware of it clearly. Lousy customer service was good until the point when we were arranging delivery. After that when they heard I wanted to return they just stayed expectations and didn’t bother to send terms and conditions until today although I said I wanted to seek legal advice. They have kept quiet. On balance I kept the armchair I don’t want as it’s not comfortable for me and too high although I must admit it’s well made , sturdy and have beautiful colour. Be mindful of the above when buying as you may end up being stuck with furniture which you may not necessarily wish to keep and be in love with.

This order did not go very well. Delivery was approximately a week later. Arrived in battered box. Legs had been forgotten. Dent and small tear to the fabric. I have received a refund but had to make a number of calls to get this. Was told to deliver item to collecting point despite me saying rather large and would they accept. Assured they would. I struggled to get it into car and then told at Evri collection it was too big. Also on day Evri were to collect told by Rubeza the item was mine. I didn't want and will have to either recycle as free or tip it.

Ordered 2 sofas only 1 turned up they never found it having to wait weeks now for a replacement not very happy

I ordered a 2 seater and 2 swivel chairs, customer service said they were available in stock and could be delivered the following week. I paid in full then delivery delays started, I heard they say they have stock availability so you pay then delay deliveries. It finally arrived 14 days later. The delivery driver had no tools to assemble the sofa and chairs borrowed mine, then the one chair was damaged back had completely broken off... driver took it back and had to wait another week after many emails to customer service who offered me 30.00 after i paid 100.00 for the delivery...replacement chair arrived again with delivery guys no tools used mine again... the chair was slightly different colour to the others, driver took pictures..nothing from customer service were not bothered or helpful. The worst customer service I have experienced..think twice before you buy.

1 item did not turn up, they said it arrived damaged. They promised on the phone it will arrive before xmas - they were pushing to get replacement out. They now have denied saying this and will take much longer. Not acceptable.

Customer service was great, very responsive. The product I ordered on the other hand, sadly, not that great. The Anatolia kitchen island (I ordered cabinet without the stone worktop so that I could have a worktop custom made to match my kitchen counters) is of poor quality and not what you'd expect at this price tag. The height doesn't meet minimum industry standard so is too low for bar/counter stools but too high for standard chairs. The top of the cabinet surface itself also isn't level (I checked my new floors to rule out it's the floor that isn't level). The delivery arrived without a back panel and when I requested to have it sent to me it was offered at £130 - the panel I received is a cheap 5mm thin particle board/plywood panel (worth £10 max) with holes in it, to be screwed into the cabinet leaving the screws visible. I have tried to find solutions for these shortcomings as I couldn't face the hassle of having to return it and now sadly missed the 14 days returns period and have to hire a carpenter to install a decent back panel, and to raise and level the top of the cabinet. All in all a massive waste of money. I'd recommend looking for kitchen islands elsewhere.

Delivered the wrong colour of sofa, and attempted to get me to keep it with a 5% discount, despite the received colour being significantly cheaper. Were not able to provide a replacement of the right colour for 16 weeks, forcing me to look elsewhere instead. Two stars only because the delivery itself was quick and efficient (as was the collection), despite the product itself being wrong.

I contacted your company in the belief your products were British made. Once I discovered your products are in fact made in China, I decided to spend my money elsewhere. I have now purchased a wonderful sofa from Sofa & Stuff whose products are made in the UK. Perhaps you ought to consider sourcing your products from the UK given that an ever increasing number of buyers are opting for UK made goods.
