“Ordered the Scott 3 seater which looked great online but looks even better in real life when we received it. Perfect green grass colour that we were looking for and the delivery team were both polite and punctual. Keep it up and well done Rubeza!”

“I originally the Scott armchair in green velvet, but later changed my mind and wanted grey instead. Customer service were very helpful in altering the order and my grey chair was delivered within the week. The delivery men were great and unpacked it so it could fit through a narrow doorway. The armchair is lovely, soft velvet, very comfortable and sturdy. Highly recommend for quality of product, great customer service and quick delivery.”

“After having a six-month delay added to our order of this sofa from MADE.com, we cancelled and ordered the exact same sofa from Rubeza for £200 less than MADE were charging. It arrived three days later. The team couldn't have been more helpful.”

“I made my order with Rubeza and requested a delivery for when I was home. I was contacted to confirm dates which was very straight forward. I was sent an email to track my delivery and the delivery driver called me to say when they were outside. They bought my package in and the driver seeing that I had cream carpet took his shoes off which I thought was very respectful and very thoughtful. I opened my sofa, installation was very quick and simple (I only had to screw the legs on). My sofa is more beautiful in living colour than on the picture. I am in love. I ordered a three seater and a footstool to give the illusion of a corner sofa as the actual corner sofa was way too big for my living room. It looks great and I am so glad that I chose this sofa.”

“Extremely happy with my new Rubeza sofa - it feels luxurious, extremely well made, and super comfy (Scott 4 Seater with Chaise Dark Grey). It fits and suits my living room perfectly. I was also impressed with their customer service, there was a discrepancy in the price that had appeared soon after purchasing - and in less than 5 minutes, they had offered to refund me the difference. Extremely fair in my opinion and without any hassle. Would certainly be looking to purchase from this company again in the future.”

“They only have a four star review as the first attempt at a deliver went a bit wrong (was delivered to the wrong end of the country first time) - even after multiple phone calls to the office and the driver and after reading some of the reviews I just thought OMG what have I done............................However, the Sofia sofa was delivered the following day, the drivers put the sofa together for me, both removed their shoes before entering the house and were both very pleasant. The sofa.............well all these little problems have just faded away as I'm over the moon with my purchase, it's classy, comfy and has brought a touch of class to my living room - I LOVE IT.................don't be put off by less than positive reviews as the end product is worth it.”

“Great price for 2 sofa's. Delivered when they said they would. Whilst the delivery men did some accidental damage when delivering Rubeza are sorting out reimbursing the costs involved in repairing the damage & replacing a broken fused glass artwork.”

“Unfortunately our first delivery was cancelled due to the van breaking down. Not a big deal, was rearranged for 2 days later. The sofa was too big to get in through our front door as we have a tiny hallway so we did have to get some friends to come and take the living room window out. Again, not a huge deal! Most importantly - the sofa is gorgeous! We got the orange 3 seater Scott sofa and I am obsessed with it. The texture of the fabric is lovely, the colour is striking but not too bright. The sofa is firm but still really comfortable as the back cushions are very soft. We are a family of 2 adults and a 9 year old and can all sit comfortably on it with plenty of room. The depth of the sofa is great as you can sit with legs on the floor or curled up. I'm so so happy with everything about it, really can't fault it.”

“Delivered the wrong colour of sofa, and attempted to get me to keep it with a 5% discount, despite the received colour being significantly cheaper. Were not able to provide a replacement of the right colour for 16 weeks, forcing me to look elsewhere instead. Two stars only because the delivery itself was quick and efficient (as was the collection), despite the product itself being wrong.”

“Hi, just a brief note to share our experience with Rubeza. In all aspects they have been excellent , price , responsiveness and customer service. Whilst we haven't installed the vanity we received as yet, it looks fabulous , and can't wait for it to be our bathroom. Customer service was excellent, and what I would consider to be 5 star. “The Scott sofas are excellent, perfect blend of traditional and contemporary styling and they look and feel well made. They are quite firm but I find that a good thing. Unfortunately Rubeza’s customer service which had been excellent let them down at the final hurdle. On unloading the van the driver came back almost embarrassed to say that only one of the two had been loaded. I know mistakes can happen but I had to push far too hard to get this rectified. It took two attempts at phoning to get through to somebody, I felt they should have called me, and not until later the next morning did they offer me a new date of a week later. Further pushing was necessary to secure the second delivery on the following day.”
