“I was a little nervous about ordering two couches and a stool as I wasn’t able to see them first, but thought I’d give it a go. It was the best decision I’ve made! From the beginning of the order when I asked whether delivery could be moved forward (which was no trouble, they moved my delivery forward by 1 week) to the delivery and the quality, the experience was brilliant! I would highly recommend Rubeza to anyone.”

“Our sofa arrived on time delivered by 2 lovely delivery men who coped with good grace despite the tail lift not working because it was so cold. Colour is stunning. The box itself became a pirate ship for my 4 yr old grandson over xmas, results all round. I love it!”

“Having not heard of Rubeza before I was a little hesitant to make such a large purchase but the 2 sofas seemed very good value and they said that the items were in stock so I took a chance. It all worked out well. Rubeza communicated by email for delivery in 2 weeks time (substantially quicker than elsewhere). I didn't hear anything more until the delivery date which had a live tracker so I could track progress of the delivery van. The 2 man delivery team were quick, helpful and polite. The sofas themselves seem to be decent quality so very happy with my purchase and would use the company again.”

“My two sofas arrived at the time they said they would and they are wonderful, the two men who delivered them were very polite and very helpful they put them together and placed them where I wanted them.. From ordering to delivery it was plain sailing I would highly recommend RUBEZA I would buy from them again without hesitation, the price was very good to.”

“Excellent customer service ***** I ordered a large 4 seater Scott sofa that was too big to fit in the flat, the delivery guys tried their best for over an hour to get in. In the end they took the sofa back with them and it was exchanged for a Scott chaise that came in 2 pieces. This was delivered promptly and fitted without any problems this time. Would definitely recommend, was very pleased with the service and product from Rubeza.”

“Ordered the blue Scott sofa and it arrived in under 3 weeks which k was delighted with. The team kept me updated via WhatsApp when the sofa would be delivered and on the day it is being delivered they have a great live tracking link on he email so you can see exactly where the driver is! Delivery men were brilliant and super helpful. Would have appreciated if the packaging could have been taken away as the box was huge! But the sofa is beautiful and exactly what we wanted!”
