“Bought the RUBEZA Sofia 3 seater and armchair in dark blue. They look fantastic and the cushions give a nice contrast in the colour. Hoping the sofa and chair age well and doesn’t deform too much. Great communication with the staff and delivery was good.”

“Very nice looking Sofia sofa and Lottie Armchair. Late delivery and costs £79 itself ! Quality is not bad but you can see some imperfection on the velvet fabric and how the sofa is made, but I can live with it and decided to keep it. Overall I would recommend!”

“I ordered the 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, and the arm chair (all warm sand). Assembling them was easy and straight forward. There was a defect with the black nail holders beneath the 3 seater sofa, the plastic part was broken. Also, the 3 sofas were supposed to be delivered on the same day but 2 were first delivered before the last sofa was delivered 2 days later by the courier. This was not so nice. Courier said they forgot the last sofa. The sofas look nice in our living room and we've had it for more than a month now. Despite the slight hiccup, I recommend the sofa.”

“The product seems good quality and great price. Rating is 4/5 because product is fine but Evri was used for delivery so took a long time to arrive and they delivered to my home address, not the parcel shop as I requested.”

“I love my sofa, I requested the swatches first to help me choose the perfect colour and the vibrant emerald green sofa does not disappoint, it is a truly lovely shade of green. The sofa is also comfortable. I had to wait quite a while as it was out of stock but again worth the wait. The sales/support team were great with a little nudge, I had to contact them when it came back in stock to remind them I was waiting. Their response time to questions is really good. There was an issue on the day of delivery, not sure what but my sofa did not arrive until 0138 in the morning, yep you read that right the middle of the night. They had rung early in the evening to say it would be around 1 am and gave me the option to rearrange but having waited all day I was not prepared to wait again for a second attempt and I wanted it for Christmas. I was however a little nervous about accepting delivery at that time by two strangers and had to get my son and his friend to come over. Other than that very happy and would definitely use Rubeza again.”

“Sofa ordered was no longer in stock however the issue was resolved promptly. The sofas got delivered but without the legs. These have been posted out. A pillow was dirty however Rubeza have compensated me for this. Love the sofa great quilaty. Yes a few things went wrong but the fact that these issues were all resolved promptly and to my standard means I would shop at Rubeza again.”

“All calls answered by a person, not automated message. Goods delivered within 7 weeks as promised and exactly as on the website. Seem to be well constructed - only criticism - the seat cushions are a little firm. Delivery men very pleasant and helpful. Overall, good company to deal with”
