After much deliberation I decided to keep this 'bamboo' bath robe, but wrong decision. Thought it would soften up with washing but it hasn't. Seems to be more cotton towelling than bamboo!! Also I expected it to be reasonably light due to the bamboo content but it isn't. Would not recommend.

Had to chase up the delivery multiple times and they wouldn't deliver the sofas up two flights of stairs as the sofas wouldn't fit in the lift (of course they wouldn't, they were 2 x seaters). Also, delivered them at 23.40pm when I had work the next day and was left to carry them upstairs with my mate. Sofas are lovely though, but slightly firm, so If you're looking for a comfortable sofa, then I'd look elsewhere.

Its nice sofas ,but they only give 3 big cushions for the back which is so bad i have to put ine in each sofa it supposed to have two in each sofa I don’t like it like that and I didn’t know it will arrive like that

Products are nice. Good quality and comfy. I did have a major issue with delivery but that was eventually resolved after weeks of contacting.

Poor communication from delivery company they use which is at a cost of £100 and an absolute shambles they didn’t even have the tools to put the feet on I had to lend them my cordless screwdriver

We like many things about this sofa. We do not like that it has sagged minorly, but noticeably within the main seat at one end.

Overpriced for what it is. Manufacturing fault meant half the screws don't fit. Not super comfortable either.

Lovely sink and vanity unit really good quality. The marble top was impressive too. We waited 4 months for this which was longer than expected but we were compensated for this, when the taps came it was unfortunately the wrong one delivered. They sorted this by sending the right one straight away. The splash-back was slightly cut bent but we didn’t want to wait longer for another, so a bit disappointed with this but overall a I’m happy with the product.

Ordered a hold cushion and it arrived quickly but it is more green than gold so doesn’t really match

Overall good but could be better for the price. The front of the island and quartz top look great. However the back looks average. The base leg doesn't cover the back, leave a large gap and gaps between parts. Also back laminate is bend. They told me it will fluctuate over time. So I'm supposed to accept it being bend. I'm using it as a kitchen island with bar stools which means the back of it visible at all times.

I bought a Sophia corner sofa. The sofa is stunning and the fabric is good. It is an expensive piece. They forgot to send the cushions with the sofa. The delivery driver very kindly called the customer service straightaway and and so did I and I was told that the cushions will be with me within a week. 10 days and several phone calls from my side later , I still dont have the cushions and I get the same answer every time I call that is " we will look into it and get back to you"! NO one calls back and neither have I received the cushions.I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company.The sofa is not cheap and for such an expensive piece of furniture not only they forget the important parts of it but dont bother following up and rectifying there mistake at the earliest. I would give them only 2 stars but I have given one extra star for the delivery driver who was extremely polite and helpful.

I only sent for a fabric sample - which when it came was not the sample I asked for. However I did not get back to Rubeza as I changed my mind about the chair anyway.
