“I have been asked to give a review on the products I received. Given all I asked for is a fabric sample and that never arrived, it makes giving a review pretty hard! A company that cannot even send a fabric sample will not be getting my business.”

“Honestly such bad service! They changed the delivery date three times. First it was meant to be 1 week, then 6 weeks and then 12 weeks. They then still delivery on the wrong date that they promised. When calling them to see why they keep changing it the manager refuses to speak to us as he was always too busy hiding. Such poor service would never recommend.”

Hi , There Firstly Sorry to hear that you are not happy with us , I checked our sytem you received your delivery in 9 Week's after your purchased date it wasn't 12 Weeks. Also we have evidence's we tried to reach to you since first week's we emailed and called you but you are not give any answer to our calls and emails . Aggresive behaviour's not tolarated in our company.After you give answer we delivered to you same week , We reserve our legal rights against these misleading review it can be use against you damage our brand with misleading information. We delivered the item to you perfect condition as well. If you need any more information about your order, do not hesitate to contact us.

“This is the third time I've ordered and the service just gets better. So impressed with the agent that I dealt with and the fact that I got and also NEXT day delivery!! The sofa is beautiful and the quality is amazing as always. Highly recommend Rubeza.”

“So impressed. From first delivering - delivery was quick and was kept updated the whole time. Unfortunately the sofa I ordered was too big to fit in the building - despite a wasted journey delivery men were so friendly and helpful. Customer service got in touch straight away, changed my order to a smaller size and re-arranged delivery. The second sofa was delivered quickly. So comfortable and such good quality. Very happy!”

“Delivery was quick and straight forward to book in - the delivery man helped set it up after delivering to room of choice and was very friendly. Just wish it had been more than one person. Great and transparent ordering experience.”

“1 item did not turn up, they said it arrived damaged. They promised on the phone it will arrive before xmas - they were pushing to get replacement out. They now have denied saying this and will take much longer. Not acceptable.”

“Rebeza were brilliant with communication. Any questions I had they answered quickly. There was a slight snitch with delivery to to van breaking down (can’t be helped), but delivered the very next day. Communication throughout was good. Orders kitchen island, really lovely, good quality and put together by the delivery team. Would recommend.”
