“I would give 10 stars if I could! Before ordering a vanity, I read several reviews and decided to contact Rubeza directly—and I’m so glad I did. Furkan was absolutely amazing, helping me with all my questions and making the whole delivery process smooth and stress-free. I followed their guidelines and checked the vanity, marble top, and sink as soon as they arrived. The marble had a slight defect, so I contacted him right away. He responded immediately, offered a solution, and arranged both the collection and a replacement delivery with a flawless marble top. The level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I’m genuinely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommend!”

“Can only concur with all the other feedback made on Rubeza, the Sofa quality/style is amazing. The order/delivery process was quick and easy with delivery being arrange within 5 days and delivered in 10 days. The delivery drivers was quick and seamless, instructions to connection easy and direct. The customer service received on other factors related to the service was 10/10. “We were impressed with the quality of the unit and Furkan was very easy to deal with. Despite there very minor damage to the marble worktop (which we identified on arrivial) The resposnse was positive and Furkan delivered a replacement worktop himself having checked the item thoroughly and polished it prior to delivery. We were happy with the replacement and look forward to fitting it soon.”

“LOVE our sofa. Such high quality, so comfortable. Statement piece in our house. All I would say is screwing some of the legs on was a bit tricky as there wasn’t any pre drilled holes - luckily my boyfriend had the tools and is super handy - but we did need a power tools. Other than that - amazing, and incredible value for the luxury feel.”

“I absolutely love Rubeza. My first purchase would be a 5 start and my previous purchase (a two seater Scott sofa) which I am writing a revenue for is 4 (one seater Scott sofa) because if few things. I would have given this 5 too if I didn’t have my first experience with rubeza to have the comparison. The single seater’s legs need you to figure out which direction to put them in and then screw them in using an alen, whereas the two seaters came with legs with screws attached to them, so you could just screw them in without having a choice of direction and this made the legs go into the right place and stay. The one seaters legs do not fix properly and every now and then I can see them turned outward or inward looking bad and need to redo the job. I appreciate the flexibility Rubeza gave me to purchase my items when they were in sale being kept in store and they were sent when I asked. I had two other items which one of them never arrived and they refunded..”

“I am more than happy with my sofa and the service recieved by Rubeza. The communication throughout the whole process was so quick and personal. The sofa itself is better than I imagined, it is super comfortable and the colour is perfect. Would highly recommend and will 100% use again.”
