“I ordered online the items my plumber required as locally my sourced items were dearer. I ordered well in advance so any problems could be sorted in advance. Everything received from R Duck was in good order and as described. The delivery drivers weren't impressed with photos of goods delivered but they took photos of me. Happy to use Rubber Duck again.”

“I purchased a shower, delivery was quick. Upon fitting the on off cartridge was faulty. I reported this to Rubberduck with photos. They contacted the manufacturer and I was sent replacements. Although there was an issue with the unit, I cannot fault how quickly and efficiently Rubberduck Bathrooms assisted in sorting out a replacement. Very happy.”

Your order was for a chrome shower enclosure, the picture displayed in this review does not match the product ordered from us - it looks to be white plastic? We've checked all inboxes today and we cannot find any email or reference to your problem. Nothing comes up under your name, order or email.
