“Order didn’t arrive , no contact I had to email 3 times to be told order damaged and have to wait 4 weeks for a replacement Feel if I hadn’t contacted u I would have know be taking my custom elsewhere . Dorling interiors”

“Ordered recently a bathroom cabinet mirror with light. It arrived with the mirror door broken. As it stated on the door cabinet I reported the issue 2 weeks ago. I requested an update last 2 times and no reply.”

“Bought a Niche for my bathroom and when it turned up the box looked undamaged so didnt open it until later but when i opened the package it looked like it was dropped on the corner was damaged, rang up for a replacement was was told in no uncertain terms that your company were no going to exchange, so not very happy.”

We do ask that any issues are reported to us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery so we can raise them with the courier and arrange a replacement straight away. “I had to keep delaying my plumber as you were waiting for the valves. It would have been helpful to be advised that you had the thermastatic valves in stock as an option or wait for the regular angle valves to come in At the last minute I requested the thermastatic valves and your customer service agent was very helpful to get them delivered quickly.”

“There was an issue with the delivery and what I thought a simple resolution wasnt possible (no attempt to make it possible TBH). Minor thing, but important in customer services, the colleague at RDB didnt know the law but thats a seperate matter. Anyway the delivery issue was nothing I couldnt resolve myself after calling a few favours in. Once delivered the items were fantastic and at the best overall cost from other retailers.”

“This was the first time I have used this company and I am so glad I did. The original floor standing tap I ordered was then out of stock and Ben from Rubberduck rang me straight away to inform me (none of the other companies I deal with day by day ever offer this personal and efficient service). Once I found an alternative Ben immediately put the order through and refunded me the difference, the tap arrived the next day. If you are looking for a company with a good stock range and an absolutely excellent customer service then look no further. I will most definitely be back again. Thank you for providing the family values and service so sadly lacking elsewhere.”
