The alloy wet wall panels are beautiful. A small delivery hiccup quick resolved. Quality and service are excellent. Very happy customer.

The items ordered were long-length products, which require specialist couriers and protective packaging to help prevent damage during transit. Unfortunately, shipping costs for these types of items are significantly higher than standard parcels. Your order was delivered within 8 working days from ordering. After trying to source a specific make and size of bath and Bath Screen off the internet,I decided on Rubberduck Bathrooms to supply me with them.After a couple of e-mails,they were ordered and delivered within the week.Excellent price and delivery.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way and appreciate your feedback. To clarify, you contacted us directly by phone specifically requesting to purchase an MX square shower tray waste to match what you advised was an existing MX shower tray. As this is not a product we normally sell on its own, we arranged a manual order based entirely on the details you provided. After receiving the item, you advised it was incorrect. While the waste supplied matched the MX product requested, we still sent a replacement free of charge in good faith to try and resolve the issue quickly for you. When the second waste was also reported as not fitting, this strongly indicated that the original tray is not an MX tray, despite this being how it was described when ordering. Unfortunately, if the tray is a different or unknown brand, an MX waste will not be compatible. We did offer for the items to be returned for a refund, as they were not faulty or incorrectly supplied, but rather ordered based on incorrect product identification. We’re sorry this solution was not accepted. We always aim to help where we can

AVOID! Bath panel sent was damaged in 3 places! We didn’t open this until the bath panel was being fitted by our plumber, when opened we notice significant damage. Told bluntly by customer service as we didn’t flag this within 24 hours of delivery they will not refund or do anything about it.

Hi Reece, As with all of our customers, we send information out requesting that items are checked on arrival for damages, so you can report this back to us in good time in which case we can immediately look to rectify any issues with the goods as they arrive. As your order was received by yourself 9 weeks ago and damage has only been reported to us now, this vastly restricts our ability to deal with the situation via the courier and claim against the item to provide a solution. As this was outside of our damage reporting timeframe we were unable to offer a replacement. We ensure this information is clearly provided across all of our communications to ensure our customers can inform us and allow us to deal with issues such as this swiftly and efficiently. I placed order 292977 at 1345 on Thursday 05 March 2026. Before I committed I asked how long it would be, I was told ‘it’s in stock normally 2-3 working days’. I received a confirmatory email at 1328 with an estimated Delivery Date: 9th to 12th March. Having heard NOTHING from either Rubberduck Bathrooms (RDB) or a courier by 12 March (5 working days) I emailed RDB customer services to ascertain what was happening, and having no response two hours later rang to be told later by email "This should be with you early next week this order was delayed coming from our manufacturers” to which I replied that they should at least put it on a next day. (No acknowledgement) The order arrived the following day! (Fri 13 Mar) less the Abacus Wetroom Tray! (6 working days) Following a phone call I was told Abucus were unable to contact the courier until Monday but I should get it then. On Monday I rang twice, It had been scanned at the depot but had missed that days deliveries. Having received nothing from RDB or a courier on Monday I was told it had been scanned and should be delivered today. By 1600 having received no communication from RDB or a courier I rang again. I was told it would be Tuesday now.(7 working days) On Tuesday again having received nothing from RDB or a courier I rang at 0925 to get an update. 'Will contact Abacus and ring you back.’ Having heard nothing I rang again at 1056, ‘Abacus are dealing with the courier’ I rang again for an update at 1335, Abacus are involving the courier manager but can’t get hold of the manager! ‘We will get it delivered tomorrow, you will probably hear before us but we will let you know’ (8 working days) Wednesday 18 March having heard nothing (again) I ring at 0928, and I am told it will be delivered today between 1345 and 1545. But I have to ring! (9 working days) I have spent over 5k with RDB and have another £600 in my basket but have received very little in terms of Customer Service. My project has been delayed by over week due to someone inefficiency. I place the order with you, I pay the money to you, and while I appreciate that you deal with third parties it is your responsibility to ensure your customer gets a reliable end to end service. No one has been proactive only reactive, tell you what you want to hear and then forget about it until the next phone call. Twice I was told ‘I will call you back’ but it did not happen. Sales were great, Customer Services not so good.....
