Unfortunately, the delay has been with our supplier, Abacus, and their delivery network rather than with the processing of your order by Rubberduck Bathrooms. We can see that the outstanding items have now been dispatched and are on their way to you. We have been in contact with Abacus, who have also been working with their transport team and courier to help prioritise the delivery and get the remaining items to you as quickly as possible. We are pleased to see that the bathroom equipment which was shipped separately from Abacus Building Products arrived with you in good time and in excellent condition. We appreciate your patience while we work to get the final items delivered and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
