Awkward website to negotiate. Expensive delivery charges for standard delivery times . Would have expected free delivery after spending over £700 on one order Shame as otherwise good service

The actual bath is not the problem it was the delivery damaging my property because the man delivering the bath thought it was a good idea to bring the bath through the house to the garden instead of taking it down the side path where there is plenty of room because he wouldn’t take the bath upstairs,he’s damaged my door frame & chipped my walls because of barging it through my house & even damaged my door wreath and just left it on the floor without a care in the world & also the bath and side panels were sent by 2 different delivery companies on different days

Hi Kathryn, We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service provided. We fully appreciate the frustration here however, the delivery service paid for was to the kerbside only. This means drivers are not insured nor obliged to enter the property at all. If they do so it is based on the goodwill of the driver and any risk in terms of damage is taken on by the customer requesting them to. To help our customers make informed decisions we detail this across the website pre-sale and in all emails sent after placing your order too. Email received giving a delivery date for online order. After several phonecalls, item was eventually delivered 10 days later, which was very inconvenient

Hi Patrick, We can see your order was placed on a Sunday, dispatched on Monday morning using a next day service with tracking links provided so you can keep an eye on things in transit. The item arrived without issue and in great time, all while being tracked. As a small family operated company these reviews (while clearly trivial to you) are an important indicator for our valued and potential customers regarding our service levels. Second time of ordering first delivery was excellent. Second order was out of stock but we were not informed emailed to chase and got no reply had to call in the end.

Good morning Chris, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We can see your order was placed late Friday afternoon for an item that carries a 2-5 working day ETA. An email came in to us on the Wednesday around 3pm asking for an ETA. This was responded to the next day, with a read receipt from yourself to say it was picked up. We appreciate it can be frustrating waiting for a response at times, which is why we operate a telephone line for all customers who need an urgent update or any information pre-sale. Shower panels damaged the 4 mm thick ones Weigh a ton It seems these are damaged a lot Got my money back ok no problems but then told get rid of them yourself Cost me £60😩

Goods delivery finally delivered 3 weeks late. Lots of chasing, little compensation other than sorry. Apparently it's OK to sell goods you don't actually have in the country!

As a retailer we agree, it's very frustrating having to inform customers of delays from manufacturers after we place the order with them, rather than before. When we were informed of the delay we reached out to the manufacturer immediately for an update. Then we contacted you and changed the availability of the listing displayed to reflect an out of stock message. Given how heavily we discount the items ordered and the fact we applied a further discount to your order too, we could not offer anything further as a goodwill gesture unfortunately. The packaging for a shower screen wall fixing was superb, the packaging for the very small cover clip was seperate and excessive. Unfortunately the wait for the parts seemed long though it was only 7 days. Luckily i wasn't desperate for the part, I suppose the buying from screwfix/toolstation and others offering next day delivery makes it seem worse.

Items took a while to be dispatched, longer than advertised. I chased this multiple times via phone, very friendly but was not expediting the shower tray (which was in stock).

My order came through quickly. The item was well packed and in good condition. Not being able to see the item in a shop is a big disadvantage. Had I been able to do so I would not have made the purchase, I do not like it as much as my old bath panel. Although reflective of the web-site picture, It looks cheap.

Hi John, Thanks for taking time to leave feedback. Your order was placed after cut off for next day delivery at 2:15pm on the 24th. That being said we still managed to get the item out the door with a dispatch notification going out to you in less than an hour at 3:11pm - Looking at the tracking info provided, your item arrived on the morning of the 26th. While we pay for a next day service with DHL, we cannot guarantee that they will complete the delivery. Which is why we provide ETA's and not guarantees around deliveries. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

Product (multipanel) is brilliant. Price is good. Delivery was not so good. No contact details for either supplier or carrier, so needed Rubberduck to resolve the issue. They went "radio silent" on me, not responding to email or phone calls. Got resolved eventually, but carrier was not impressed.

Products were good. But delivery was bad, multiple delivery’s. Rang to ask why products weren’t all on the first delivery, didn’t get rung back with a reason or info on when the next delivery was due. Second delivery still didn’t have all products, so I rang up and found out the missing items were damaged. I’m fine with replacements having already been ordered, but I wasn’t kept in the loop

My Order was over 1 Week later than originally confirmed via the Courier and turned up at 4.30pm on Saturday 25th May. I'm not in aposition where I can afford to take thsi long to be delivered and based on the fact that I could have obtained from Wickes or even Amazon would be more inclined to consider them as an easier option as it ended up being more stressful not knowing when or if I was going to revieeve my order!

Part of the product delivery (shipped in 2 parts I found out) was shipped to the wrong address. Communication could have been better as I had ro chase the delivery date of the second part to ensure it was going to be delivered to the correct address. It did. It could have been stated it was a 2 part order on invoice, it wasn't. Product, the wall cladding I purchased, is very thin and dents easily even from leaning on ..... not ideal.
