“The service was very good and deliveries from suppliers turned up on time. However the wall panels that arrived were badly bent ! and if it had not been for the time it would have taken to get replacements we would have refused them. We ended up having to cut some of the panels in half and fitting extra joints in order to get the job done! Not ideal, and cost us a lot more in the long run. We feel this is a supplier issue more than Rubber duck as the service from their staff was exemplary.”

Good morning Alan, We're sorry to hear about the bow in your panels. Looking back at the order, we can't see any communication on the matter. Had we been made aware we could have made an assessment and if necessary free of charge replacements would have been dispatched without delay. The panels purchased are 3/4mm thick and are made from a solid core composite plastic however. As we mention on the website, these panels do need to have some flexibility or they would be too brittle and cracks/breakages would occur more often. Also, we advise on how to install any panel that exhibits a slight bow and how you can remove a bow that could hinder installation on the page too. “I use Rubber Duck Bathrooms ltd regularly to supply products for my bathroom fits. There super reliable, orders are always sent out promptly and on the only 1 scenario that there was difficulties in getting the products I received a phone call with details immediately after ordering online. “Customer service was poor. One panel that was delivered was damaged. Took photos and contacted rubber duck, but not interested and Dias we need to speak to the manufacturer. Contacted them who said we need to speak to rubber duck??? Really, you need to sort this out as passing the buck doesn’t wash. I have a damaged item and no one give a monkeys. Escalated for a manager to cal back. I’m bay was 2 days ago now and still not heard a thing NOT HAPPY!!!”

Good morning Lisa, We are very sorry to hear about the damage to your panel. We do think there has been some confusion here as we have never asked anyone to contact the manufacturer regarding the issue described. We have been in discussion with a Mr Devonish who first reported the matter to us earlier in the week. He explained the panels were delivered on the 1st of November and he noted the damage at the time but decided not to contact us regarding the issue until 3 weeks after the delivery was made. It was explained at this point that the window of time we inform customers to report any issue with delivery had likely passed. However, we will raise the matter with the manufacturer regardless in the hope they replace the panels free of charge. It was unfortunate in this instance that they declined to replace without charge, given how long the items had been in your possession before reporting any issue with the delivery. We are happy to provide a replacement at cost as a goodwill gesture and to help our customer as much as we can. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

Good morning Cassie, We're sorry to hear you've been unhappy with the service on this occasion. We understand you called today to let us know an item purchased on the 10th of October had been fitted but was not the finish that you had ordered and wanted us to send another out free of charge. We explained we cannot look to replace an installed item, but we will send one out at cost as a goodwill gesture. We can see you are a bathroom retailer that has purchased from us on multiple other occasion yet this is the only time you have elected to offer a comment on the service. As someone in the trade, you will know the restrictions around replacing items that have been installed.
