“I first spoke to a very helpful male regarding my requirements, he helped me with measurements and reasured me the shower screen would meet my requirements. I advised I was pushed for time regarding delivery and was reasured the item would leave there stock room within 24 hours. The item was delivered within two days, well protected. I would not hesitate to use rubberduck bathrooms again.”

Good afternoon Mark, We hope you had a good Christmas and New Year! We think you may have missed your dispatch email that was sent over a day or so after ordering on the 13th of December around 9:49am. In that email we detailed the date and estimated time we would expect you to receive your order, as requested. See attached image. Given the time of year and how busy the courier networks are, any missed deliveries close to Christmas cut off are returned to the courier depot or manufacturer. We then look to confirm a more suitable date before resending. We're sorry you feel this service could be improved. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“I nearly gave you a 5, as you were helpful, prompt (both in replying and delivering), and even gave me a free delivery on a part I had forgotten to specify in my main order. The reason you were just short of 5 was because the online description of your glass shower panel did not confirm that it included the metal edge channel. It was a fair guess that it would be included, but I had to email you twice to confirm. I'd certainly come to you again.”
