“The "small family run business" is not a mere marketing ploy: I have no idea if they are all related, or if there was ever a Mr and Mrs Rubberduck, but they certainly act as if their good reputation is a collective goal. This is a company that really cares about good service and customer satisfaction. They answer the phone and follow up by email very efficiently. This is the second time I have ordered from them and I recommend them highly. Prices are competitive and the quality of service is excellent.”

“Even though I had to wait for an out-of-stock product I was informed when I was likely to receive the product and it was delivered promptly. The product was very reasonably priced and ideal for the job I was undertaking overall a good buy.”

“Excellent product (solid bath panel) and delivered very quickly. Just an observation on our delivery the bag holding the screws had split resulting in them rattling around in the box which could have potentially scratched the product surface but ours was OK. Would recommend the company and product.”

“Very good delivery’s over night if your item is in stock. But I must mention returns and refunds not only did it cost myself £17. 50 to return an item, but I am still awaiting a refund! after two weeks. 21/11/23 .”

“Ordered Panel Adhesive, Mastic and Bottom Trim for wall panels. 2 part base profile had a slight crease in it but that could have happened in transit and will not be a problem. Delivery was £25 which seems excessive but could not get it anywhere else. Came to use the panel adhesive and it had turned to putty as it was out of date. Contacted RubberDuck who apologised and offered replacement or refund. As I was in the middle of the job, I took the refund option.”

Good afternoon Wendy, We'd very much like to apologise for the service received. We would never expect any customer to have to make use of a damaged item and would have happily sent across replacements using a next day service if the situation allowed. We try as best we can to protect the profiles by paying extra for guttering tubes to transport them inside. While this increases the packaging and transport cost to us, we've found this is the only way we can ensure the items arrive with minimal risk of damage. “The order was dealt with quickly, the item dispatched and I was kept updated all the way, including delivery time which I could have set my watch by. Also many thanks for stocking Abacus towel rails - it's saved me rearranging the plumbing as the new rail slots right in.”

“I experienced super fast shipping and excellent customer service from Karl. We had an issue with one of the taps and he sent out a replacement which allowed us to fit it in time for our deadline. We'd definitely use Rubber Duck Bathrooms again and the products are beautiful!”
