“My order was processed and delivery was arranged within days. They dealt with my queries promptly and professionally. Had I known before hand I would have dealt with Rubberduck from the onset. Initially I had placed an order with a different supplier who promised delivery within 1-3 weeks. After 6 weeks I had not received my order, despite numerous promises that order was ready for delivery. Then I got surprising news that the Company was unable to supply and would not refund due to financial constraints. I had to claim through bank for refund. This company is still selling online.”

Hi David, We're very sorry you were left unhappy with a recent order. We can see your order was picked up on the morning of the 24th Oct (Tuesday) and was dispatched using a tracked next day service on the 27th (Friday). The items arrived the following Monday, and you contacted us to say an item was missing. We dispatched a replacement without delay using a next day service. All of the above took place within the 2-5 working day window we advertise for the item(s) purchased. We appreciate the inconvenience of the missing item and can only apologise for the issue. While this is not typical of the service provided by them, we have passed over your comments regarding the experience as a whole. In the hope they can review the delivery services used.
