“Excellent. Ordered panels from Rubberduck for a a new en-suite. Delivery was on time. One of the panels was scratched but as it was the “just in case” extra panel we were able to use as off cuts. Did have to phone them to add to an order as my plumber made an error with the number of ends needed. My new bathroom looks fab now with the panels. Opted for concrete grey colour. Would recommend.”

“More of a problem with "direct from supplier" and their courier than Rubberduck themselves, but unfortunately this still reflects back to yourselves and affects your own reputation. Partial deliveries due to courier not putting it all on van, with main part on second delivery "been walking round it at depot all week mate". Appeared well packaged by supplier so not immediately inspected, but once opened damage rendered product unusable, and not able to be replaced as it had not been inspected within 2 days (i have to accept fault for that). Third part of delivery was "lost" and was re-sent swiftly by Rubberduck though. Not very communicative. Would now be very wary on what i ordered and where it was sent from.”

“Fast, friendly and efficient service that I'll certainly use again. Ordered showerwall panels, adhesive, silicone, trim and sure seal strip for a DIY shower enclosure. Very high-quality materials delivered from suppliers though one component on the sure seal strip was very fragile and easily damaged - had to order an expensive replacement for one piece that broke at installation. Supplier logistics less good though and during one phonecall dispatch seemed more intent on complaining at length about the delivery information (important as we're in a difficult to find remote location) received from their outlets whilst oddly declining this information from myself the customer and refusing to pass this on to the delivery driver. No delivery time slots either so less than good business quality model overall for the supplier on this occasion. However really helpful and kind delivery driver. Panels look awesome in their location.”

Hi Alistair, We're very sorry to hear about the faulty tap. Unfortunately we were closed for the Holiday period when you reported the matter on Christmas Eve. We can see the team picked up on your email when we opened again and a replacement tap was supplied when the manufacturer returned in the New Year too. All of the above was resolved within a couple of working weeks and certainly not over a month as suggested. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“Ordering stuff is fine and I expect usually works well. However, if there is a problem with your order then the customer service is awful. Don't expect them to call you back if they promise to. Most of original order didn't arrive. Four times I phoned about it and four times they did not get back to me. I had to re-order an item at my (great) expense to stop the job getting held up. Original part of order was then delivered with new order, having been stuck on courier's van for a couple of weeks. Despite a promise of a refund I never heard from them again. Plus promise of collecting duplicate, unwanted parts from my customer's house never happened. I appreciate that the problem originated with the courier from Abacus bathrooms but I paid my money to Rubberduck Bathrooms and I expected them to deal with it. So ease of ordering 100%, customer service 0%. Note to RubberDuck, keeping customers in the loop is good, ignoring them is not.”

“The service was prompt and efficient. Product choice enabled me to get exactly what I was looking for. Delivery driver was polite and helpful. Should I need bathroom equipment in the future, I shall certainly check Rubberduck Bathrooms first.”
