“Customer service was very helpful. None of the products are installed as of yet. En suite works start next month, wanted all material in early to ensure as smooth as I can do.”

“I was happy with the pre sale but the after sale in return I am very disappointed in. There was no problem with the product but the colour was not as expected so I paid the return fee and arranged my own return. I have had to chase my refund twice. I understand refunds go through a process but to have no acknowledgment email from the company I feel is poor. I am left guessing when I will receive my money back.”

As per your call today, your item has been received, checked and a refund request is with the accounts team to be processed as soon as possible. Ben went on to mention that it was marked as a priority refund and gave a timeframe for when it would be processed with email confirmation to follow. Which should remove any sense of confusion. “Can’t fault the transaction in any way, any concerns were dealt with by the efficiency of the delivery process ( contact along the way ) and I have to say the delivery company who kept us up to date on times on the 24 hrs before his drop! Goods well packs & no issues.”

“The ceiling panels where lovely however a few panels had damage. I asked for a replacement and they told me that I would use sealant to cover up etc which I was not impressed 😒. The decorator said they couldn't be used. I ended up having to buy another one from elsewhere not good really bearing in mind the delivery called £45”
