“Was not a great experience. Customer service told us things were on their way when they weren't. We had to put back our tradesman twice, who had ripped out our shower having been promised the order would be imminent, so we had no shower for over a week. We were sent the wrong colour of trims and so our tradesmen had to source the right colour locally for us. Having contacted the company, we are still waiting for the wrong trims yo be picked up and for our refund. Think twice before using this company. Why lie to the customer?? Just be honest about the delay, so they don't instruct the trademan, therefore being left in a muddle for a prolonged period of time. Customer service would speak pleasantly to us, but as we were constantly told a pack of lies, we called them around 10 times!!”

“Before placing my order I wanted to be certain I was ordering the deepest bath, called and rather than keep me waiting on the phone, they called me back within 30 mins having checked all the dimensions etc to confirm.”

“Bits and bobs that I need to re-module my bathroom are easy to find. Went for the kits, again easy to find. Delivered very promptly. Have put some the backer boards up, and must say, as a female they are great to use, as lightweight and easy to cut. Real step forward. Packaged well and delivered within the times specified. Thank you folks for an easy to use/order website.”

“Please speak to the your manager and he will explain why I have not received any of my orders not a happy customer and if you had looked on my order status it will show you that I have not received it ???and if you hadn’t asked for a review I would not of sent one”

Hi Sue, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. The review invitations go out automatically to all customers who've had a dispatch confirmation. Given items typically arrive within a day of dispatch, we look to ask customers about the service received. We can see your order was dispatched on the 4th however, it looks like the carrier had some difficulty completing the drop and replacements needed to be dispatched on the 6th. On speaking with the customer service team this afternoon, we understand that second delivery is still outstanding and rather than wait, we have dispatched another set of trims from our stock to avoid any further delays.
