“Really poor experience - used you for the first time and really, really poor communication with several delays to order. My customer was really upset she had no shower to use for weeks due to delay after delay.”

Hi Keith, Thanks for your review - we can apologise for the delays and poor communication you experienced. In this instance, the delivery was handled by the manufacturer, and typically we wouldn’t need to get involved once the ETA is confirmed and products have been dispatched. We can see there was an issue with damage during delivery on part of your order, which did delay completion somewhat. A further delay was experienced as the courier reached out to book in the delivery of the outstanding items but they didn't receive a response. Nonetheless, we understand the inconvenience this caused both you and your customer, and we are reviewing our processes to help prevent such issues in the future. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“I found Rubberduck’s customer service to be outstanding! We’re in the Scottish highlands, and had a lot of delivery delays and hiccups with other companies. I contacted Rubberduck and had a huge 2000mm shower tray delivered next day, with no extra delivery charge! (this wasn’t special treatment, it’s standard for them) I’ve made all subsequent purchases through them, and they have been high quality and faultless. A huge thank you to Rubberduck!”

“Great service, part of my order had a delay from manufacturer- the rubberduck guy called immediately, great phone manner, to let me know it would be a 3 week wait. Turned out to be half that time. Great, friendly, shower panels are great quality too”
