“I phone for advice before ordering, the adviser was very polite & knowledgeable and honest. He advised against buying the NO MORE LEAKS KIT as the Abacus Elements Kit that I want it to purchase have everything need it to complete the job!!!. Arrived within 2 days… The liquid membrane within the kit was damage in transit, I received a replacement within 2 days. One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.”

“Generally Rubberduck are brilliant. One problem I do get though is when something is out of stock and an item is put on back order it gets forgotten and I have to end up chasing weeks after delivery was promised. Twice this has happened now and it is a tad irritating.”

“We placed a fairly large order with a number of items, and we are based in the Highlands of Scotland, I had to add a couple more items to my order a couple days later (didn't want to pay another deliverly charge) this was not a problem, the deliverly company that you use kept me in constant communcation regarding the arrival of my delivery. Every item on my order arrived without any damages would highly recommend Rubberduck Bathrooms. Can't comment on the products due to the items not haven't been fitted, but all look how they did online.”
