“I was very pleased with the product, a glass and chrome bathroom shelf by Burlington. However I would have liked more info on the delivery. All I received was an email thanking me for my order and nothing at all after that. When it did not arrive in a couple of days, I had to phone to find out if it was on its way and by which courier. So more delivery info please”

“I got a call to say the taps I ordered were discontinued but the agent had sourced an alternative. I didn't really like the alternative but it was good to have the service. I also ordered a toilet and the order was quickly delivered.”

“Had a query over part delivery, phoned at the weekend advised that delivery had been split 2 consignments not sure why but received finally on the Wednesday. Rubberduck did all they could as materials were dispatched from suppliers. Would use again.......”

“No problems at all with Rubberduck, BUT..... The problem lies in the business model, whereby you rely upon (in my case) Multipanel to fulfil your order deliveries of panels - and they are hopeless. Naturally some customer frustration sticks to Rubberduck, if only by association with Multipanel. It'd crazy that I.......order from yourselves; only then discover that you're not handling fulfilment; am unable to chase Multipanel for my order, because they refer me to you; you enquire of them on my behalf, and report back to me; they then don't do what they told you; I'm left fuming. I ordered one panel, and eventually received it 15 days later. For myself and my wife, that's another fortnight plus without being able to take a shower - no fun!!”

“Delivery of order was advised as early next week - final time/date to be confirmed. the order was delivered last Saturday and, of course, I wasn't there. The goods were left with my next door neighbour.”

“I ordered some items expecting a quick delivery as that was what the website started however, I received a phone call the following day to say the items were not in stock and I will have to wait 3 weeks! I was not happy about it as the website should have updated the stock availability, but the fact that they called me within 24 hours shows brilliant customer service”
