“Very pleased with service and delivery , however the product is fantastic but we feel the joints could be a tad wider to accept the adhesive needed to make a waterproof seal,as it’s very difficult to pull them into each other to make the almost seamless appearance we all want, but would definitely use again .”

“Good response to my requirements, and prices were fair. Delivery was fine, apart from 1300x800 tray which I believe is arriving tomorrow 2nd Sept, Of which I understand you are having delivery problems with the supplier. Very satisfied all round.....try to keep more in contact reference any delay in delivery. Good service would use again and recommend to others.”

“My order was unfortunately delivered in a significant number of shipments which was slightly inconvenient but the items themselves are a good quality and are as I hoped they would be. Overall pretty happy.”

“The ordering process and subsequent customer service were first class. Delivery was completed on the day arranged but we didn't get an advanced call and they arrived at 0700 hrs. A bit on the early side !!!!!!!!”

“The product was great. The service was very good. The only gripe would be that the shower panels (multipanel) were delivered unboxed, leaving them subject to accidental damage. Luckily they were not damaged.”

Good Morning Martin, Thank you very much for for the compliments on our service! Multipanel is one of the best selling panel manufacturers in the UK and they use their own dedicated courier network with vans designed to carry the boards. We're told this helps reduce the risk of damage in transit but we happen to agree, you can never be too careful! Thanks again Martin, if you need anything else at all just give us a call. “3.5 really. Significant differences between the Rubberduck website Showerduck Sureseal 'technical drawing' and that in the Installation Guide and delivered diagram (poor drawing or different actual designs?) caused some confusion and delay. Had I started cutting the panel - in advance of advised delay in delivery - allowing for Sureseal raising of it by 5.4mm according to your website, not 7mm according to that delivered (and as suggested,though not indicated, by the guide) my needed panel would have been slightly too high. Expected Sureseal delay (not delivered until 2/9) should have been noted on the 25/8 written Order 75326, threrefore I was incorrectly assured that it would be included in the total basket delivery on 28/8. Your website shows a yellow cap for the sealant nozzle, but adviser investigation found that they are not included. In sum, relatively minor details but causing confusion, delay and unnecessary work for myself and your advisers, all of whom strived to be helpful. A little attention to detail needed. More importantly (??!!), you still owe me the agreed £24 discount for panel damage found on 28/8 delivery. John Thompson.”

Hi John, Thanks for your time on the call just now and again for the review too. I've had the chat with the accounts dept. and they are looking in to why that refund hasn't been processed just yet. That's a great spot on the tech drawing too, it would appear we have an older image on the website and that has now been changed to reflect the updated version. “We ordered Aquadart Rolla 8 Sliding Wetroom Glass. Product it self is great and the customer service at rubberduck bathroom was great. Negative points were: 1. instruction to install the product was very confusing for even a builder and a plumber. 2. It had a manufacturing faulty part which took nearly 1 month to replace. Rubberduck bathroom customer service people were very nice and tried really hard to solve my problem but it seemed that the Aquadart was not... It is shame as it made my experience slightly frustrated hence one less star for both reasons.”
