“Everything fine apart from blanket failure to deliver to Outer Hebrides. Will be costing you custom, glad you can afford it. Fairly simple to arrange affordably for customers”

Hi John, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, it's very much appreciated! The Hydro Massage Shower Cabins are a very popular item at the minute. In fact, so are a lot of the products that lend themselves to health and well being i.e. saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs etc. It would seem the Covid-19 reaction and Summer lockdown has caused a spike in home improvements, which is understandable!! The best advice we can give for those wanting to buy these type of items at the minute would be to take their place in the production line queue, as it's not shortening any time soon! “Ordered some Adiseal sealant. The packaging was a plastic bag which had split. Items were not damaged and they arrived within a couple of days.”

“Large quantities id showerwall panels ordered fir new bathroom project. Differing advice from different staff, although most very helpful. Also on delivery 2 panels were damaged, not what i would expect as they are expensive. However customer service was great and replacement arrived within a few days, hence 4 stars”

“I placed an order for Showerwall panels and specified that I didn't want it delivered before the 18th August as I would not be at home, so when their distributer IDS emailed me to say it was going to be delivered on the 17th I spoke to Rubberduck twice and they confirmed my order would not be delivered until the 20th. I had a phone call on Friday afternoon from IDS to say delivery would be the Monday 17th, with no option but to leave a voicemail telling them I would not be home. Of course, they attempted delivery on the 17th, and when I phoned them the response was that they don't monitor their voicemails. When my order was redelivered on the 20th, part of it was wrong. Again, the staff at Rubberduck were very helpful and I have received the right part today (24th Aug). I can't fault Rubberduck Bathrooms, they have been courteous and helpful at all times, but their distributor IDS let them down quite badly, hence they have to lose a star.”

“The service I received from Ben under difficult circumstances was second to none. He was chasing delivery of a multipanel order for me when all the phone lines were down due to the storms. It was a shame that when the panels arrived they had been strapped down so tightly in the back of the van they were warped.”

“The order arrived within the specified time, however the method of delivery was less than perfect and the corner bath was not very well protected for transit. Fortunately nothing was damaged. Surely to reduce possible transit damage these corner paths should be better protected and handled with a little more care.”

“All items delivered as per my order in good condition, as described and on the delivery date specified so no complaints. Friendly delivery driver who manhandled our shower boards off of the van and to a place of our choice without assistance from us. Thanks Rubberduck”
