“Website was very easy to use and ordering process fairly simple. However, I ended up placing 2 separate orders within 24 hours and when I called to see if the orders could be linked to avoid having 2 deliveries it was not possible. Maybe you could review your internal processes to accommodate this request in the future.”

“The order was acknowledged very quickly & delivered promptly. Happy with the service & product. The only feedback is that no notification of dispatch was received so it was lucky that we were at home when it arrived. It was a heavy shower screen which couldn’t have been left with a neighbour. Would definitely use Rubberduck Bathrooms again.”

“Ordered black taps for our new bathroom, a bit disappointed that the mixer tap for the bath did not come with any of the extras that the mixer sink one did, waste or flexible tap connectors. But the quality appears really good, they feel and look very special. Delivery was quick and on time.”

“Received the order of the protective cleaning spray quickly, smooth transaction, quick delivery and the product works really well at protecting the new bathroom from very hard water & limescale. The product was well packaged so even though it leaked a little it was fine as it was well wrapped. Thank you for a great product and service!”
