“Customer service was excellent. I bought a bath & panels. Bath panel arrived damaged by DHL delivery. I sent photos of the damaged areas & Rubber Duck Bathrooms sent a replacement. Would definitely recommend them. They are also very good quality & price compared to other bathroom companies & DIY chains.”

“I love the product, however, when I was ordering they gave me all the help I needed to order the right stuff, except the seal for the bottom of the panels, so I ordered it separately paying another delivery charge. I left on business and the job was being completed while I was away and came back to realise that the goods delivered were not what I requested. It was MDF instead of ply. I should have checked. So I think it is a shared responsibility that I now have MDF panels in my shower which I never wanted.”

Thanks for your feedback, we’re really pleased to hear you love the product overall. That said, we're sorry for the mix-up with the MDF panels. On the detail regarding the bottom profile, it's an optional extra that most typically do not order. We sent over an item list with the detail that you should "triple check with your fitter" before placing your order. The items were discounted, delivered within the timeframes mentioned and we provided free samples and plenty of advice leading up to the order - it's a shame a picking error from the manufacturer has spoiled what was a superb service. “Ordered product advertised as availible online, was informed after several days it was not in stock and offered alternative thinner glass at £5 price reduction or refund. Agreed to alternative but sent reciept charging same amount and advised financial team would arrange refund and accurate reciept. Emailed to chase and advised it was the financial teams problem but not provided any details to contact or chase with them. Never recieved refund, or accurate reciept of agreed price. Original product continued to be advertised as availible. Felt slightly manipulated. Cant yet review product as not installed.”

“Only 4star because the elements board packs are great and lowest price at rubber duck ,but there are delivered too early as I had asked for later delivery date and was assured that they would delivered according to my time bracket if I wrote it in message part of order and it didn’t happen.”

“Unfortunately the cabinet was badly , However it was not their fault, I would say it was the suppliers at fault , Rubber duck responded quick to our complaint, arranged collection within a few days , waiting for refund,”

“Incorrect item sent originally but was swiftly rectified by despatch of the correct item and collection of the other. The tap itself looks lovely though yet to be fitted. Kids liked the little rubber ducks in the box.”
