“First caddy sent was dinted due to the delivery as it was sent only in bubble wrap. Called to inform customer services who arranged collection and sent another one out a week later in a box to avoid disappointment. New caddy received is all good. Thank you.”

“Really good experience, superb delivery time and no problems whatsoever when I had a problem with one of my Nuance Bushboards being damaged - on following the clear returns procedure the item was replaced imediately again with very prompt delivery - overall an excellent exerience - I would definitely recommend 'Rubberduck bathrooms”

“Communication was very good, item arrived securely packaged. Due to a replacement being necessary, the appropriate refund was made promptly. The item fitted nicely and is functioning very well.”

“I was sent a faulty bath tap and had to contact customer services to organize a replacement. Jarred was very helpful and promptly replied to all my emails/queries. I had to place a new order which was sent the next day and RDB organized the collection of the faulty item. All in all happy with the service from RDB but -1 star for having to chase for my refund.”

“Overall very good product arrived in good condition, took a little longer than expected as the website suggested next day delivery. I chased after not receiving in 7 days so called them spoke to a pleasant customer service gentleman, who promised to investigate. Sure enough he called back promptly and the product arrived the next day👍”

“The shower walling is beautiful - the pattern is larger than it appeared on line, bit disappointing but I can live with that. The recommendation for 1 tube of 'sealant' per sheet is way out, after following the instructions to the letter, it fell off the wall - not funny when it's 2m high! Had to be propped up with acrows until the sealant took - this was using the recommended stuff, had to buy more but went locally as not paying even more delivery charges, especially when it's not working. Still work in progress!”

“Products dispatched quickly though no technical sheets accompanied products. However plenty of YouTube clips available. Downside was the Pro Seal premix had leaked in transit making things a bit messy.”

“Mine was a large order and took weeks to complete. Of course, one wouldn’t expect everything to go smoothly. But through all the stages of choosing, purchasing, delivery, reordering etc, Connor and Jamie were always very friendly, kind and professional. They had to get a Christmas card each from me and I’ve got three beautiful bathrooms and a stunning guest loo. What more could I ask for? I will be using their services again of course .”

“Very good service, order was processed very quickly however the delivery courier lets this company down. Very poor delivery service from showerwall which isn't a fault of Rubberduck but could easily affect their reputation.”

“Ordering online was easy and the product supplied was as described. The service was let down by Royal Mail who failed to deliver the next day despite the next day service being used. Not Rubberduck's fault but they should consider an alternative delivery service.”

“I am pleased with the shower caddy I bought, very good quality. It was dispatched to the delivery company the next day. But unfortunately it took DHL nine days to deliver it. This was not Rubberducks fault and they were very good in answering my emails promptly and chasing up the delivery. Would use them again.”
