“Bought a copper sink and matching taps, but when the order came the taps where not the same colour as the sink, even thought the company name was the same the the products came from. I called rubberduck, who asked me to send the tap back and they refunded the money in the promised time frame.”

“The item arrived promptly. It would have helped to have more information about the Halite bath panel. It was very difficult to fit because the top bit wasn’t chamfered to fit under the lip of the bath. Had to put the plinth outside the panel because of this.”

Hi Beverly, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review we very much appreciate it! With the halite bath panels, they are designed to be cut on site to fit your particular installation. Not all baths have the same sized gap on the underside of the bath, so they're supplied with a flat edge. You can cut the top of the panels to fit however or you can use timber batons in behind. Which is what our fitters tend to do when working with the Halite bath panels. To help DIY customers, we offer guidance on installation below the video on the product page. See image attached. “I have mixed feelings about my order from Rubberduck. In its favour, the radiator I purchased was much cheaper from RD than any other company I could find online and when sent the radiator arrived within 24 hrs. even to the north of Scotland. (The North of Scotland being regarded by many delivery companies to be NOT part of Mainland UK!!) The negative I have is that the order was delayed because the carrier (who has an office near my home) wanted more money before they would deliver it. Somehow there was a failure of communications between Carrier & RD which resulted in the order being stuck in the RD warehouse. This was only resolved on my second query to RD. Issue resolved by RD & me splitting the extra delivery costs. (Even then still cheaper than alternative stores.) And as I said once the issue was resolved (cash paid) the radiator was delivered with 24hrs by Carrier.”

Hi Tim, Thanks for the feedback on your recent order. If you wish you can save the items in your basket during the checkout phase. Which will allow you to recall all items at a later date. See attached image. When customers add to their basket the website automatically reserves the stock in place. If you do not complete your purchase and/or navigate away from the website, the basket is emptied and the items are re-stocked for others to purchase. This helps us manage stock levels and to display accurate delivery windows for customers when browsing the website pre-purchase. “Unfortunately the first tap decided to leak which was reported to Rubberduck. They were out of stock as were the suppliers! However after a short wait the new tap has arrived. Seem to be all ok now. 🤞”

“I ordered 2 matching frameless shower cubicles, which are really great quality however it took my fitter 6hrs to fit the 1st one and it took 2 people to do it. Today the 2nd one is going in and again we've 2 people on the cahttps://groceries.asda.com/search/steakse - hopefully it'll be a less lengthy operation, they're 2 hours in so far. It's unfortunate they take so long to fit as they could've got on with a lot of other stuff. Delivery was super fast (next day infact!) and I'm looking forward to getting my kids back into their ensuites in the coming days to use their new showers. It's not Rubberduck's fault the frames were tricky to fit but bear that in mind if you choose the same ones.”
