“I was really pleased with my ordering experience: I had left some items in the cart while I did some work, and got a call from Rubberduck to check all was ok and to help complete the order. The guy I spoke with was very helpful. The products I ordered arrived well packed, and exactly as described on a very solid pallet. I'm really happy with them, and have had no issues with the project. The sole issue was that the delivery company used by Rubberduck didn't meet the expected deadline - not Rubberduck's fault.”

“Really helpful with finding a replacement product when the original one ordered was delayed. I did have to chase on the phone a few times, I assume because they are busy, but very helpful whenever I spoke to a staff member.”

“Ditch the branded tape! Products all arrived ok but ordered some plastic pipe that arrived taped up with some branded packing tape. Impossible to get the tape off neatly as it shreds into pieces and is well and truly stuck on the pipe.”

“Quick dispatch and professional packing. Ceiling panels looks nice but top side should be a bit thicker as is really weak. By accident I have knocked it during installation and made hole 😞 All went up good at the end. One star less due to quality. 5 stars for delivery”

“The item that I received was not the size ordered, I contacted the online department which asked for a photo to show the size with a rule which I sent, upon receipt they promptly sent the correct size out FOC, which arrived the next day. These things happen and I could not be happier with their response and customer service, which has enabled the job to remain on schedule. Thank you.”

“Had an issue with one of the products I ordered, the response was quick, had to send images of the damage but a replacement was then shipped out. No issues with the service but it did make me feel there is an issue with the supplier (Burlington) not checking the products properly before dispatching them. This could lead to further issues in the future. However, the replacement was shipped out within a few days so thank you.”
