“I am sure we will be delighted once it’s finished, but at this stage we can’t even get a plumber to do the first necessary, so until then I can’t really comment , apart that I would love a shower thnks Betsy Thomson”

“Let down by your supplier. Delivery 1 day early. Had requested directly with yourself and supplier for a call 1 hour before hand...it didnt happen and has caused issues as large items !!!!”

“Product arrived safely and undamaged but packaging was skimpy and damaged by carriers. The package was torn open indicating some rough handling by carriers. . Suggest some stronger packaging is used for more expensive items like this. There was a delay in delivery by DHL(?). None of this is the fault of Rubber Duck but my comments should be considered for the future.”

“Delivery was delayed by just over a week, so had to juggle work to ensure someone was in. We have received panels and had a quick check, however full check will not be carried out until job starts. So perhaps you should review your timeline on your customers logging concerns .”

“Wide choice of shower enclosures. When the breakage of delicate parts occurred, they were immediately replaced. When we returned some components as redundant, as the existing installation was still satisfactory, they were taken back, but we are still waiting for the refund.”

“Pleased with the service product and description and all at a competitive price, also delivered on time, but some sections damaged at the ends, luckily I didn't need the full lengths and was able to cut these out, i know that the the delivery was done by a third party.”
