Hi Mark, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. Apologies for the delay on receiving your items. We think there must be a miscommunication however. The panels on your order are currently out of stock. We sent over an email mentioning the fact there was a 2-3 week delay, due to the issues with importing goods in to the country. Hi Alun, Apologies for the delay on receiving your taps. As with many UK manufacturers who import goods and materials from overseas, there has been a delay in getting goods in to the country due to the ongoing issues with the pandemic. Further to this, the administration has now been extended due to the policy and procedure changes surrounding Brexit. We did send over information relating to the delay VIA email to keep you updated every step of the way. Thankfully the taps arrived without issue and issues at ports have begun to settle down somewhat now. If ever you need anything in the future please give us a call. 0 Stars. Just phoned up, my item was supposed to be delivered 5th Feb, now being told 26th March. Offered a faster solution at extra cost. Honestly they have your money the responsibility is on you to chase to find out where you’re item is, they should have phoned me to tell me. Poor.

Hi Jonathan, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We believe there must have been a misunderstanding from the discussion you had on the phone today. The ETA of the 5th was given a day or so after ordering and was provided by the manufacturer. We passed on this detail when it came in, as we do for all customers, so you're kept in the loop for delivery windows. As far as we were aware, this had been delivered as planned. We were only made aware that this window had slipped today, when you informed our team. At this point we contacted the supplier immediately, for an update. We were given the revised delivery date, which again was relayed to yourself. After listening back to the call, the operative mentioned we can get them through another supplier, but as the price with them were not as favourable, we wouldn't want to put that option on the table. Also, the call was very amicable and ended on a positive note, so it is quite surprising to see these comments. Apologies for the unexpected delay and we hope the above clears things up somewhat. Said nothing for 2 weeks after my purchase, then 1 day before delivery was due called me to tell me my bathtub wouldn't be arriving.l because they didn't actually have stock. Given I had plumbers on site, this created a lot of issues. I then ordered from elsewhere and had the bathtub delivered in 24 hours. Shocking that they didn't inform me much sooner than they couldn't fulfil the order.

By paying a premium delivery charge of £35.99 I was expecting my order to arrive in a good condition, unfortunately this was clearly not a priority as the driver said our order was on the bottom of a full load and arrived damaged. obviously we have had to be sent replacements and this was sorted out.

Good Afternoon Tracy, We're sorry to hear you've had damages on your recent order. Unfortunately, we have no control over the courier services used by the manufacturer who supplied your items. That being said the couriers used are highly reputable and under normal circumstances face very few issues on a day to day basis. The £35.99 fee is simply the fee we pay our suppliers to deliver the items you had on the order. Other retailers build this in to the product price to make more money on larger customer orders. All delivery windows displayed are estimated. As soon as any delay was made apparent, we reached out to the manufacturer for an update. The supplier of the taps you had selected is usually very quick to dispatch and arrange a delivery however there have been some unavoidable delays recently, which we can only apologise for. We have not received our order yet despite delivery estimating it should have been here a while ago. We are unable to get to the bottom of where our shower is. Your sales team told us to contact delivery company but delivery company don’t have the full order to deliver. We need this resolved quickly please

Good Morning Owen, Thanks for taking the time to offer feedback. We are a little confused as to the rating however. Your order contains an item that is made to order and is stated to have a 7-14 working day lead time. As your order was placed around 9pm on a Saturday evening, the order was not placed with the manufacturer until the Monday morning, which was only 10 working days ago. The above being said, our team did chase Roman for an update. They confirmed the item was due out for delivery last week however, there had been an issue with their chosen courier meaning the items were due to arrive with yourself this week instead. Tap not delivered, so I phoned 10 days later to be told it’s out of stock. We needed them for a job so had to purchase elsewhere, would never use again.

The product was fine, its just that Fedex Deliveries are terrible, they promise by three tex and two emails that it would be delivered on the day, but then tracking it, says Pending, I spoke with Them and Rubber duck, they promised it would re deliver saying that part of the delivery address was missing, but now corrected and would be delivered on Monday, but they return it to the supplier. Even Rubber Duck could not believe it.

We can see the item on order had been incorrectly picked not only once but twice, which is frankly unacceptable. That being said, the timeline of events is not as stated. We can see from the tracking links, that the correct item was received with 2 weeks of placing your initial order. The replacement would have arrived quicker however, due to work commitments, you had not checked the item until a later date. Hi Pauline, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We think there must be an understanding however, as we can see several emails sent out at the time relating to a delay on your delivery. The issue, which was heavily covered across news outlets, was down to delays at the ports. This meant imported materials were taking longer to get in to the country and essentially created a bottleneck for imports. We do find that our emails can filter in to your spam folder, which is likely where they ended up. Again, we're sorry for any inconvenience caused around the delay. We can see an update was passed shortly after ordering, on the 14th of Jan we sent an email. Another update was passed on the 22nd. These items are held in stock in our warehouse. At the time we were waiting on a stock order from our supplier. The ETA was displayed in good faith, based on info provided for that order. The reasons for the delay is due to issues with importing goods into the country as a result of the pandemic and the changes made in process due to Brexit. When we ordered the product we were told it was due into their stock in the following few days, and we would have it by end of the week, when we rang to check progress they said their supplier had let them down, and it was due in the following day, again this didn’t happen, so we were forced to cancel the order as the bathroom fitter was waiting for the part and we sourced an alternative from elsewhere. To make matters worse it took them 2 weeks to refund the money,

This update, along with a replacement option, was sent over at the time of receipt but it looks like we didn't receive a response. Rude heartless driver who blatantly refused to help a woman to unload the product into the garage even though comments were left on the site and confirmed by the manufacturer when phone in. What if the product were delivered to elderly customers?! My friend who kindly helped to be in on the day was left a little traumatised. Never to spend money on Rubberduck Bathrooms Ltd!!! Never.

Good Morning Mrs Pietersz-S, We're sorry to hear you've not had the best experience here. Having looked in to things, we can see the item on your order was delivered direct by the manufacturer Abacus, who then engaged their chosen courier XDP. We do detail across the website pre purchase and in the confirmation given post purchase, that we operate a kerbside delivery service and that someone would need to be present at the time of delivery to receive the goods. That being said we want any of our customers have a bad experience when buying with us. On receipt of this review, we reached out to the supplier to see what the hold up was if at all. We can see a tracking link was provided VIA text at the time of ordering, so you could follow the item in transit and arrange to be at the property for the delivery. The item was delivered and signed for by 'P DONNOLL' on the 22nd of December. Very disappointed! Ordered on 14/12/20. Received confirmation of order but nothing else! Waiting for Rubberduck Bathrooms to open so that I can find out what had happened to my order as it was in stock!

I was badly let down by your supplier and the lateness of their proposed delivery. I was forced to cancel my order in the end because of this fiasco and had to lay off contractors and miss the deadline for this project. The items I ordered (valued at over £800) on the 10th of December were shown as in stock and available for delivery in 3-5 day. This simply was never the case. I now have a shower cubicle with no panels and will have to go through the rigamorole of purchasing panels and arranging for them to be fitted in the New Year. The final insult was to be told that deliveries couldn’t be made outside of the lockdown tier the panels were supposedly in because the deliverers were unable to go to work. Total waste of my time

Good Morning Nicholas, We are sorry to hear you've not been too happy here. The items on order have a delivery window stating 'Usually 2-5 Working Days'. This is an estimate based on info provided from the supplier, not a guarantee. Given the fact we were dealing with tier based lockdowns up and down the UK AND the natural increase in courier demand at Christmas, these estimates would be subject to change. We advise all customers to order well in advance of starting the job or arranging for tradesmen onsite, as delays or even damages can happen during transit. Unfortunately this is unavoidable at times. Also, we display a recommendation to call ahead of ordering during busy periods. We hope this helps explain the situation further. Called Rubberduck for advise on a drain for a shower tray. Received advice and purchased product. On receipt the drain was not compatible. Sent three emails through their contact us form - no reply. Rang twice, no answer. Third call, phone answered. On explaining the situation told that I should return item at my own cost. I disputed this stating that I was advised by a Rubberduck representative on this drain. The agent said he needed the name of the person I spoke to, which I explained was over a month ago now and if that was needed then he should use the date of my order to whittle down to the specific conversation. Told sorry I still have to pay to return the item. Very disappointed with the whole service received, they have very little idea what it means to be customer-centric, particularly, over 4 pounds return costs.
