“Great website and great pre-sale contact. Great timely delivery, all as promised. Booked day off work to fit the kitchen tap. Sadly it had two slight damage marks on tap body. Already committed so had to fit it. Sent email and photos but no response other than to acknowledge receipt.”

“Unfortunately, the incorrect kitchen sink was delivered, customer services were very helpful, and I am waiting to find out when the correct replacement will be sent and the incorrect 1 taken away”

“Customer care was excellent. Unfortunately or order (and the first replacement) arrived damaged. They were very apologetic and sent out replacements straight away and arranged collection of the damaged products. The guys on the phone line were great.”

“Packaging very well protected. It’s impossible to check everything when delivered, so your message about having to do this is unrealistic. Also, the unit was not exactly what I ordered. The one I ordered had 2 internal boxes which was chosen for a purpose. Why was the mistake?”

“Goods exactly as described thanks, and well wrapped but transport delayed. FedEx were a day late delivering the panel but did not provide any useful updates. But I would use Rubberduck bathrooms again.”

“Overall I am very happy with the bath panels. They look lovely! When I initially placed my order the person that supported my order was very helpful and polite. The order was not delivered when I expected. I called to enquire and that particular man was very obnoxious and abrupt. Despite this, I would order products from Rubberduck as I was pleased with my purchase.”
