“Quick and reliable service”

“The goods I ordered and ultimately received were of good quality and as described on the website. The expected delivery was from 2 to 6 days when I ordered. THe goods came in three separate deliveries from three separate couriers companies. DHL, XDP and STOP_START. DHL messaged me to say they had the goods and then later on to confirm the delivery slot. The delivery was about 1 hour late XDP messaged me to say they had the goods, offered me the opportunity to cahnge the date which I did but then failed to show up or to message me on that date. They then arrived the following day. Obvioulsy there are sometimes delays but it was frustrating that they did not keep me informed. Stop-Start never informed me that they had the goods, or when they would deliver. I had to phone Rubberduck to get updates. The delivery took 6 days from Rubberduck telling me the goods had been dispatched. I finally got a text at 2100 on the day before the dlivery telling me the delivery slot. On the day they delivered on time. All the delivery drivers were friendly, courteous and helped me to get the goods up the 3 fllors to the appartment. I made my order on the 18th August. The last of the 3 deliveries was on the 5th September, 19 days later. The estimated delivery date in the order acknowledgement was between 22nd and 26th August. In summary Great Materials, Good phone response, Very poor delivery timing and communications. Good delivery drivers when they cam”

That said, we’re very sorry for the delays and poor communication you experienced with the couriers. Your order was dispatched promptly, but as it contained items sent direct from different manufacturers, it resulted in multiple consignments being handled by three separate courier companies. “The phone gets answered and the team are knowledgeable and friendly. If they say they will call you back - they do They are constrained in that they can only deliver what their suppliers can - that didn’t go so smoothly at all - but the team were efficient and we ended up with the right products.”

“Element board 2400 x 90 only available in 5 pack Difficult to find the drop down menu to buy adhesive kit separately-Head office did not know about this option. Delivery sent in 2 parts - 8 days later I’m still waiting for the element board to arrive. Very disappointed”

Good Afternoon David, We're sorry to hear you feel the service could be improved. The kit purchased is pre-made by the manufacturer and contains all the parts necessary to fit the kit. They do not sell the installation kit independent from the boards. You can however purchase most individual components of the kit, if you require extra. In terms of delivery, the ETA provided pre-sale was up to the 4th of September. In the tracking link provided, you can see your outstanding items are in transit to you today, with an ETA between 4-6pm. A full day before the ETA provided. “Order received in timescale. Good communication prior to delivery, appropriate and timely. Box appears to have a few dents and small holes. Photo of dents and holes taken. Package large and heavy, difficult to maneuver but managed to open and view front of item which appears intact. Good internal packaging giving assurance that item is intact. Further assessment when capable. Very happy with price compared to other suppliers. Easy ordering and good description of item given. So far, thankyou very much 😊”

“I was unsure about ordering after a few negative reviews, but decided I would go ahead and order the full set of Brushed brass scudo tap set and shower. It arrived with options to change delivery if not suitable. I am so pleased with the order! everything came boxes up in individual boxes and looks beautiful. We haven't used anything yet as waiting for the plumber , but can't wait to get everything in.”

Good afternoon Philip, We're very sorry to hear about the damage to your panels. We can see your panels were ordered and delivered within 2 days of placing the order - we would have had replacements sent out free of charge had we been made aware of the issue. All panels of this nature are delivered directly by the distributor, which unfortunately makes it very difficult for us to control that part of the service.
