“Overall I had a really good experience Only let down by some failures for RDB’s partners and suppliers failing more than once to pick my order and deliver it It seems RDB don’t have a system to back flush their outsourced drop-ship items. Aside from that niggle the team on the phone were exceptionally good, helpful, made great suggestions for alternatives, when items were out of stock Great range of good quality products. RDB pretty much kitted out our mini wet-room and full wet-room. Overall would definitely recommend I’m sure RDB will improve their supply chain performance. It’s not difficult to achieve, manually or through automation with system integrations Great service, well done. I’ve dealt with a lot of companies whilst running 16 home projects. You guys were all top drawer.”

“I'm always sceptical using a company I've never heard of, but they had amazing prices I didnt want to miss out on. With a strong trust pilot score, I thought I would give them a try and I wasn't disappointed. Order came through as promised, though there were a couple of shortages that were very quickly resolved. When ordering check they are in stock and turn around times as this is why there could be shortages. I also recommended reading Ts and Cs and faqs before ordering just so you know what to expect etc.”

“Unfortunately the Company does not deliver to the Isle of Wight so we were forced to use a friends' address on the mainland. We hope to be able to collect the package in a few weeks time, so until then we cannot really comment except to say they could review there delivery scheme”

Good Afternoon Mr Goad, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We find it quite strange to be given a poor star rating, given we advertise the fact we only deliver to mainland UK across the website pre-sale. It's great to see that the order placed with us was dispatched on the same day using a tracked delivery service, with the item arriving at your 'friends address' shortly thereafter. Most small family owned bathroom companies in the UK will not have a cost effective service to deliver to the Isle of Wight, especially given the larger order value, how infrequent we would deliver to that area and the delivery costs within our sector. Thanks again for showcasing the challenges small retailers have when looking to gather positive feedback. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“We visited the Middlesbrough showroom and where delighted with the choice and service offered. We chose a selection and where given a competative quote with no pressure to buy. Having discussed our choices at home we returned a few days later whereby Jamie had no hesitation in helping us choose a different model to the previous selection , we wanted a walkin shower with return and a tray to match. He explained the Shower glass item installation process and also advised on the tray selection and fittings. We never felt under any pressure to buy and where always comfortable with our choices. Jamie priced everything up organised delivery, we where very pleased with the service offered we toured the showroom again and further purchased a radiator. All in all a very pleasurable experience dealing with Rubber Duck. I havent installed the shower glass yet [ still tilling ] but I am sure if I need any advice Jamie and the guys will have no problem offering guidance.”
