“The products I needed were the cheapest on this site by far. Easy to order online, easy to get to and park at the warehouse and the lovely staff put everything in the boot of my car for me, with a lot of care to make sure it was secure and safe.”

“Ordered a glass shower screen. It arrived quickly. It was well packaged when it arrived ,so was undamaged. The product was of good quality. We asked a question , reference a supporting arm before ordering the screen as there were 3 types and did not know which one we should get. We received a email back promptly explaining the differences with a picture so that we could make an informed decision. Would definitely recommend this company, from the experience that we had. Hi Tony, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about the delay with your delivery. The item we dispatched arrived within a few days of your order, but the products being sent directly from the manufacturer were unfortunately delayed, despite a delivery date being booked in advance. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after taking time off work, and we can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. We understand the customer service team has already reached out with the situation now fully resolved and we’ve raised this matter with the manufacturer to help prevent similar issues in future. Apologies again Tony and thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team 🛁

“Good delivery but product doesnt look the same as advertised. It has more of a red finish which is not like the image.”

Good Morning Mark, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear delivery went smoothly. We’re sorry to hear the finish wasn’t quite what you expected. We use a mix of close-up and lifestyle images provided by the manufacturer to show each product as accurately as possible, but there can sometimes be slight variations in shade when viewed on different screens. For this reason, we always recommend ordering a sample first to make sure the colour and finish are exactly what you’re looking for. We do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as it helps us improve how we present products online. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team 🛁
