“I had to keep delaying my plumber as you were waiting for the valves. It would have been helpful to be advised that you had the thermastatic valves in stock as an option or wait for the regular angle valves to come in At the last minute I requested the thermastatic valves and your customer service agent was very helpful to get them delivered quickly.”

“There was an issue with the delivery and what I thought a simple resolution wasnt possible (no attempt to make it possible TBH). Minor thing, but important in customer services, the colleague at RDB didnt know the law but thats a seperate matter. Anyway the delivery issue was nothing I couldnt resolve myself after calling a few favours in. Once delivered the items were fantastic and at the best overall cost from other retailers.”

“This was the first time I have used this company and I am so glad I did. The original floor standing tap I ordered was then out of stock and Ben from Rubberduck rang me straight away to inform me (none of the other companies I deal with day by day ever offer this personal and efficient service). Once I found an alternative Ben immediately put the order through and refunded me the difference, the tap arrived the next day. If you are looking for a company with a good stock range and an absolutely excellent customer service then look no further. I will most definitely be back again. Thank you for providing the family values and service so sadly lacking elsewhere.”

“I made 2 orders of multiple items. Both orders turned up with items missing, with one item on back order from the depot, and another damaged, but still on the delivery note as delivered. I have also tried to process a return and communication was slow and incomplete, until I called to complain. I have now canceled one of the items due to repeated delay, and placed my final order for further items elsewhere. I'm sorry to be leaving such a poor review, but it has all been a real mess.”
