“Disappointed with the time frame for delivery. Only chased up when I made a call to find out where my order was. Subsequently, received a notification from the delivery company at 6am that my items will be delivered between 7am- 9am.... To top it all off the delivery driver refused to help my wife take the items up a flight of stairs as I was away.”

Good Morning Roger, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you were left unhappy with the delivery service. In regard to the driver not helping with the stairs, the delivery service used is kerbside only, which means drivers are not insured to enter a property or carry items beyond the delivery point. You called us shortly after placing your order to double-check what that meant, we confirmed this at the time. “Spoke to a few of the guys in the sales team before placing my order and they all sound like they know what they're talking about, which is rare for these online companies! Had an issue with space fitting a hung toilet under a window and they came up with the perfect frame and it was in the house wthin 3 days.. can't argue or complain at all!”

“Brilliant prices, and great customer service. Once I’d chosen my pieces, I rang to check they were in stock and the team were able to confirm and give me a timeline for delivery. When the glass of the shower had to be replaced (the warehouse pickers discovered it was broken before it was sent), the team were really helpful and clear on the new timeline so I could plan around it. We had one small piece delivered broken and it was replaced immediately and swiftly. All in all a great experience and would definitely buy again. I’ve recommended to friends.”

“I ordered two packs of pipe covers and collars. DHL in their wisdom decided to try and force this package through my door. It inevitably cracked or broke 3 of the 4 collars. I contacted both DHL and rubber duck bathroom immediately. Rubber duck bathrooms responded quickly and asked for photographs of the damaged items which I duly sent. They then very quickly replaced one of the packs which did indeed replace 2 of the 3 damaged collars but not the third one. I have now sent two emails regarding this but to no avail so far so I am left one collar short. Update- Another packet arrived and so I now have enough undamaged collars to complete the work. I must emphasise that the fault lay with DHL for their ridiculous act of trying to force the package through the letterbox. Rubberduck responded by ensuring I had the product I needed. I am very satisfied.”
