“Cant praise this company highly enough, especially the staff and in particular Jarrod. I had a large order which required some returns-through no fault of Rubberduck- and this was all dealt with swiftly and pleasantly. I would not look any further than Rubberduck in the future for bathroom supplies. Thank you!”

“One of few suppliers to stock the item I was looking for (swivel basin tap). Ordering process was easy, fast delivery of item and so far, seems like good quality. My only grumble is that Rubberduck claim to offer a price guarantee - I did find the item slightly cheaper elsewhere so contacted them but so far they appear to have ignored my request.”

Good morning Sharon, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really pleased to hear you found the swivel basin tap you were looking for, with an easy ordering process and quick delivery. It’s great to know you’re happy with the quality too. We completely understand your frustration regarding the price match query. We haven’t ignored your email, we’ve just been a little busier than usual. We can see the team responded last week, and we appreciate your patience while we got back to you. Thanks again for your order and for taking the time to share your experience. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team 🛁

“Karl and other colleagues were most helpful and organised a good price for us. Just a few hiccups with the delivery of goods; dates and times though beyond the control of Rubber Duck. When I did have issues Ashley was helpful! Thanks Rubberduck”

“Pity you didn't just say you were out of stock instead of sending a different product with no explanation”

Helpful Report

Posted 11 months ago

Good Morning George, Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the mix-up with your order. We didn’t intentionally send an alternative product, it was a simple picking error that occurred and the item you ordered went out of stock. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive the wrong item without an explanation and apologise for the inconvenience caused. We’ve reviewed this internally to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team 🛁
