“The item sent was damaged and the replacement was sent to be delivered after I left for a 2 week holiday even after several messages asking them not to. Follow up emails were ignored.”

“We used Rubberduck and placed an order for x2 shower trays. The service and delivery was excellent. We did have an issue with one of the trays which was a manufacturer issue, however this was dealt with quickly with an excellent customer service. Very easy process to rectify.”

“Ordered a Blanco tap filter which unfortunately turned up with a split in it that didn't become obvious until I turned the water on. After a couple of emails with photos a replacement filter was dispatched. Excellent service.”

“An elderly single lady neighbour reported had a faulty lavatory cistern supply valve and had to flush her lavatory with a bucket. The next day, Monday 11 August, I ordered a replacement from Rubberduck Bathrooms which indicated that delivery would be the next day or the one after - 12 or 13 August. Their delivery charge was £6.95. The valve was not even dispatched until Friday 15 and arrived on Monday 18, a full week after ordering. I complained to the company and requested a refund of the postage as a sign of goodwill, this was refused. Had the Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery been used the cost would have been £4.29, some £2.66 less and would have arrived the next day. The company says it does not have a contract with Royal Mail which, given that plumbing items are often urgently required, seems at odds with offering a prompt service especially as 24 hour or 48 hour delivery had been indicated. The service was poor and expensive. There was no problem with the product. Martin Buckland”

The delivery windows we display are best estimates and we do our best to dispatch items as quick as possible. We dispatch hundreds of thousands of items a year from our warehouse - over the years we have rotated through numerous providers based on service and feedback, including Royal Mail. We currently use DPD tracked next day for our smaller deliveries, and they have proven to be very good to us and our customers. Again we're sorry for the initial delay - it's great to hear the item did the job on arrival however. Rubberduck Bathrooms Team

“superfast delivery but the way they were strapped down on the pallet ment they were a bit bowed , got over it by bracing with timber but would have been much easier if they were dead flat .Customer service was 4/5 only downgraded because of they bow which may have been the fault of de;livery company rather than the supplier”

“Having placed an order for a shower enclosure, whilst I had to seek an update regarding a delivery date, the order was despatched/arrived on the dates specified. One small component was missing which Rubber Duck sorted out promptly with the manufacturer.”
