If you take but a minute to check your emails, you will find we sent across your dispatch notification and ETA of the 21st (today) within a matter hours of confirming your order. The panels will arrive within the windows stated across the website before placing your order with full communication provided post-sale, so you know when to expect them also. Good afternoon Gary, We're very sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your item. Looking at the tracking link provided, we can see the tap was dispatched from us on the morning of the 6th and a delivery attempt was made on Friday the 7th and again on Monday 10th. Both of those attempts appear to have failed as there was no answer at the time. We can see that you have spoken with the customer service team and after a change of delivery address, the tap will be out to you again soon. Sorry again for the Delay Gary! “My overall experience with Rubberduck Bathroom has been positive. The staff were super polite and helpful in chasing manufacturer’s delayed replacement of damaged shower screen edging. The original order provided good value for money when compared to other web sites, was quickly delivered by a friendly driver and handed over with great care.”
