“Reported problem with bath panel of a matt streak on a gloss bath panel that was impossible to take a photo off. Insisted I had to take a photo even though I couldn't show the problem in a photo. As it was for a rental property I couldn't be bothered with arguing and the bathroom refit needed to go ahead. I won't be using this company again.”

“My order came quickly and well packaged. Due to this left it in its package until I needed it. Unfortunately that was the wrong decision. On opening the item it had 2 large scratches, easily visible. Due to the packaging I can only assume it was packed, damaged. I contacted Rubberduck who stated that as it was over 24 hours since my delivery they could do nothing but offer me another one if I paid for it (Generous I know). Totally my fault for not checking however regardless of if I'd opened it an hour or a week after delivery I was sent a damaged item. Needless to say I got a replacement elsewhere. I can't say I'd recommend the company based on my experience but if you do buy from them, check your items quickly.”

Good morning Gareth, We're sorry to hear you've been left unhappy with the service. Looking back we can see your order was placed on the evening of the 9th, was dispatched using a tracked next day service on the 10th and delivered seemingly without issue on the 11th. Over two weeks after delivery was made, we received an email noting minor damage to the item. Unfortunately given the timescales involved, we could not claim for any damage caused in transit.. We try our best to inform customers of the windows of time we have to file claims with couriers. If we had been made aware within a reasonable time frame, a free of charge replacement would have been dispatched on a next day service. Sorry again you feel the service could be improved. “I've encountered challenges in communication regarding my refund. Despite sending several emails, the response has been minimal, and it has now been over a month with no progress on processing my refund. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.”

Good afternoon Asiye, We're sorry to hear you've been left unhappy with the service. Looking back we can see the reason for the delay in receiving your refund is largely due to the fact your items have been returned across multiple consignments and over different days. We appreciate the return request may have come in within the timeframes mentioned, the items however did not. All items need to be checked, restocked and accounted for by the returns department before we can issue your refund. When you called this morning we explained that we would look for an update with the returns dept. and once confirmed, we can issue your refund.
