“Shower panels ordered when Covid-19 lockdown was starting to loosen. We expected delays in delivery, however two delivery dates were given to us and the panels failed to arrive. Only arrived on the third attempt, which was annoying. However, as the panels were coming direct from the manufacturer this was not a fault of Rubberduck Bathrooms. We contacted Rubberduck several times for updates and I'm pleased to say they were very helpful each time.”

“Quality of panels were good looks professional finish my only problem was 2or 3panels were damaged so make sure you order another 2square metres to be on safe side”

“I ordered a mirror which was delivered two weeks later that the original order data and when it was delivered it was completely broken. However the customer service team where very responsive and dealt with my issue quickly, professionally and with empathy. I would recommend using them again as I felt looked after and that I was a valued customer. This is not something you see often. Well done team and thank you”

“Arrived on time. Good delivery person. You would have got a 5 star but slight damage to top of one panel, we were able to cut it off while fitting it. Having said that we would use your company again 👍”

“Delivery very good, tap looks good but it makes a lot of noise when opened up and the water flows (cavitation), I have changed isolation valves and tried to reduce supply pressure but no change”
