“Great - just what we needed. Shame the rubber seal wasn't included in the cost and there was notification that it had to brought separately, so this caused more expense to an already expensive item.”

“The Bath panel is really sturdy and I am sure it will last for many years. The website was easy to navigate, ordering simple and delivery was very swift! I only had it fitted this week as I had to wait for someone to do it for me. The box was a little bashed in one corner but saw that there were reinforcement so assumed all was ok until my fitter opened it and it was a little crushed. (Hence only 4 stars) Fortunately mine had to be cut down a little so he cut it from the crushed side and all is perfect. Do take it completely out of its packaging to check for any damage. A brilliant product and company to deal with.”

“Happy with product. There was a hiccup with the delivery of it. Product was out of stock when ordered. I was told two weeks wait. It didn't arrive even well after the two weeks, but this was partly my fault. I refused to answer a call that showed as suspect. It turned out that it was couriers advising delivery time. Perhaps some back- up plan to avert this occurrence in future could be arranged. When I spoke to the admin team wondering why my delivery had not arrived they were very efficient and friendly.”

“The service was first class however I returned both items as when I opened my shower glass it was 10mm and the box displayed 8mm so I had to return both items, I dropped them into the Middlesbrough depot on Saturday 21st of September however I have had no refund yet?”
