“Really happy with the customer service when I rang to ask about delivery. The delivery was on time. The items were wrapped well but unfortunately, there was a significant amount of scratches on the trims. We managed to work around some by using the best end but I would have returned 2-3 if we had the time to do so.”

“Ordered some Adiseal adhesive/sealant - hard to come by so pleased to get it; delivered promptly and seems to have done the job (it has good reviews in the USA and apparently broke a test-rig assessing it's strength) - I've used it to glue some joist-hangers to a couple of brick supports to provide a level base for my Shed.”

“Website better than most, price better than most. My only issue was fedex delivery. Their expected time of delivery is not to be trusted, mine was constantly being changed and ended up being 3 days later than confirmed in all there emails. These emails are automated and awful. Example, expected before 6 pm Friday Then At 6 pm email updates to say by the end of the day ( still Friday) Parcel arrives late Monday afternoon This is the age where I can track most parcel deliveries down to the nearest mile and minute.”

“Positives. Really nice product, the ceiling panels I chose have a reflective gloss which adds a much lighter feel to the whole bathroom. Very happy with that. Not so positive. One of the most expensive delivery charges I had to pay for any item in my bathroom refurb. Plus, the delivery was a day later than the courier's email stated, so I waited in a whole day for nothing.”

“Great website and great pre-sale contact. Great timely delivery, all as promised. Booked day off work to fit the kitchen tap. Sadly it had two slight damage marks on tap body. Already committed so had to fit it. Sent email and photos but no response other than to acknowledge receipt.”
