“Arrived 2 weeks after ordering. All well packaged happy with the quality not bad to assemble. Only minor gripe was the delivery firm didn’t get in touch to arrange a date they just turned up I was out my wife luckily was in but the shower was left outside all day until I got home as it is a very heavy unit and it was kerbside delivery.”

“Rubberduck offer good value, a quality product and helpful, friendly staff. However, the delivery did not meet these criteria for a good Customer experience. We shall be buying from Rubberduck Bathrooms again. Hopefully, the delivery company will improve by reading the Customer's delivery instructions and save everyone unnecessary stress, frustration and disappointment!”

“Pleased with items and help I received when ordering though the 1st delivery of panels were a no show due to damage so were not sent but I had to make a couple of calls to find this out. Replacements sent quickly and were fine”

“I first spoke to a very helpful male regarding my requirements, he helped me with measurements and reasured me the shower screen would meet my requirements. I advised I was pushed for time regarding delivery and was reasured the item would leave there stock room within 24 hours. The item was delivered within two days, well protected. I would not hesitate to use rubberduck bathrooms again.”

“I nearly gave you a 5, as you were helpful, prompt (both in replying and delivering), and even gave me a free delivery on a part I had forgotten to specify in my main order. The reason you were just short of 5 was because the online description of your glass shower panel did not confirm that it included the metal edge channel. It was a fair guess that it would be included, but I had to email you twice to confirm. I'd certainly come to you again.”

“Delivery was fast, communication great, even with an issue with the delivery company they sorted it, produce was top class and packaged well, but did have very slight damage, but had to cut it anyway so not an issue and expect it was done at time of manufacture as packaging was not damaged in anyway Will definitely use again. Thanks”

“Products were very good. Delivery & delivery company used was very poor. Product was dispatched within timeframe but the delivery company lost the order & had to reorder the product, which caused a delay tithe job”

“First impressions of the mono tap is pretty good. Delivery was good. I have changed 2 monotaps purchased from V.P. In the last 3 years that dripped after 18 months use. So I have tried rubber duck mono tap with hand turn taps which seems to be much better but time will tell.”

“Unfortunately, the Towel Rail we originally ordered was damaged as was the replacement. I understand they do not travel well particularly when handled by couriers. You were kind enough to offer a full refund.”

“My order was processed and delivery was arranged within days. They dealt with my queries promptly and professionally. Had I known before hand I would have dealt with Rubberduck from the onset. Initially I had placed an order with a different supplier who promised delivery within 1-3 weeks. After 6 weeks I had not received my order, despite numerous promises that order was ready for delivery. Then I got surprising news that the Company was unable to supply and would not refund due to financial constraints. I had to claim through bank for refund. This company is still selling online.”
