“Prompt delivery, nice product (2-headed shower / Thermo mixer tap ) … only negative was that when it arrived we found the H and C connections needed an adapter - which RubberDuck also sell - but it delayed installation. Other bathroom details are nearly finished but we have not yet tried using the shower. Matt Black finish looks good in the room though.”

“Quick communication but delivery delayed due to shortage of truck drivers,but no notification of when delivery actually was.Luckily we were in by about 30 minutes,driver said he would have left goods in forecourt!”

“The panel was big and had to be cut to size, which was good an used the off cuts ✂️ as supports. The only thing is, the panel was so thick that it flashed with the bath tub. Tiles are out and I had to use a strip on top of tiles”

“I am pleased with the item I bought but dispatch was a bit slow by today's standards. I had to chase a couple of times before it was dispatched on the 10th day after receipt of order. Once dispatched it arrived next day which was good.”

“Prompt delivery and the panel was easy to trim and didn’t need sealing - it replaced a horrible cracked acrylic panel and now looks stunning - very happy with this product so far but only time will tell if the 100% waterproof statement holds.”

“Good price. Rubberduck Bathrooms arranged for despatch directly from the OEM supplier (all of the order was from that supplier). The date they gave was met and friendly feedback was given that the supplier would meet the date originally given. No complaints or other issues.”

“The website was straightforward to order from and the item I ordered - a tap for a bathroom basin - arrived safely. It took 14 days from ordering for it to be despatched, which was a bit longer than I expected since the website said In Stock - Next Working Day Delivery. But that wasn't a problem because I ordered in good time, the price was competitive, and they used a decent courier (ParcelForce) and its next working day delivery service, so I'm happy.”

“Website was good and helpful. I had to call Rubberduck for some news on a delivery day, i had friendly helpful service when i called but no one got back to me. It would have been nice of the supplier to confirm the estimated day of delivery as set out by Rubberduck, nearer to delivery day. I can only give 4 stars.”

“Ordered a replacement towel rail. Ordering process was simple & delivery email received stating date & time. Product did not arrive until the following day after receiving another delivery email. Contacted Rubberduck Bathrooms (Mike) as there was an issue with some missing parts but as the item had come direct from the manufacturer, Mike contacted the manufacturer & responded back quickly with an explanation & other fitting instructions. All resolved & great service from Mike. Have used them twice now & would definitely use again. Highly recommended.”
