“A mixed experience. Items listed as 'in stock' had not arrived after 10 days. After contacting customer services it transpired the items were not in stock. Customer services were quick to respond and chased the progress of my order. The order arrived once back in stock. A shame the stock level was not accurate at the time of order or that I wasn't contacted to tell me of a delay, instead I had to contact them. I would use again as the customer service was good, but if I needed products immediately I would probably phone to check stock level before placing an online order.”

“Ordered item, arrived, installed. Small defect in wall panel for shower door but bent back to shape and wouldn’t know difference, I didn’t want to return it as wanted to get it installed and can’t tell it was bend, ordered previously from here without any issues”

“Product is excellent what is shown on the website and parcel received without any damage. Delievery as expected and highly recommended. Only delivery charge is high which makes the product costly compare to product price otherwise everything excellent including customer service. Because of cost associated with delivery charge, I have to give 4star rating otherwise 5star rating.”

“Quality products and cheaper than elsewhere. The only reason I gave 4 stars is about their delivery. It was prompte items but leaving it on the kerb ( as stated on your website)or in front of a house could be of a struggle with large items for customers. Very happy with the products though. Still worth it.”

“Very happy with service. Goods arrived on time. Only problem was the cardboard package holding a heavy bag of adhesive had split open. Fortunately the bag had remained intact. Think that was more of a carrier issue. Would definitely use Rubberduck again!”

“Everything about the pack was tip quality, only leaving a 4 star as I feel that you don't get enough panel adhesive. 1 tube per panel doesn't seem alot when doing 1000 size sheet”
