“Service was good Delivery of goods not left where we asked for them to be left and the panels on the surface were fine, you have to check goods within 24 hrs and we wish we had now because a few of the panels were damaged”

“Ordered ceiling cladding. Nice product looks good. However a warning, ends of some panels were damaged by driver throwing the packages out the back of the truck. I had to cut the panels so this didn't cause a problem. Inspected bundles and they seemed alright, however when I came to use the panels one had a hole in it, which has caused me problems. My advice is you will have to inspect every single panel before using. Seems this was damaged at factory or wholesaler, so beware as you must report any damage in 24hrs.”

“The knob that changes the water flow from shower head to rain shower to off, is very close so I often have the shower head on, try to turn it off & the rain shower comes on, not being welcome when I don’t want wet hair or that 1st cold water in pipe (after a hot shower). It’s very beautiful though.”

“Good ordering and updated on progress. Delivery was direct from the manufacturer and OK and on-time but quite scary as the item was a huge and very heavy glass shower enclosure and it was delivered by a driver on his own with no tail lift and no pallet truck. He nearly killed himself getting the three parts off the van and into our garage. I was terrified they would be smashed. Slight issue as the door had a different handle to the one I had ordered but since I didn’t want to go through the terror of returning the whole thing and getting the correct one delivered I decided I’d live with it. I didn’t advise Rubberduck as the mistake would have been made at the suppliers warehouse so I didn’t give them a chance to correct the problem.”

“Service provided by Rubber Duck was perfect but the choice of Fedex as the carrier was a big mistake. Tracking advised a delivery to be to Bristol by 17.00 the following day. We stayed in all day before noticing that the time had been put back to end of that day. The following day we noted that it was still in Newcastle but due to be delivered by 17.00. It turned up at 17.30 after wasting two days waiting.”

“Order processed really well though I now realise you are all resellers on behalf of the offshoot of Saint Gobain that flogs this stuff. Still grossly over priced for what it is. The delivery driver managed to not deliver one of the trims but did call me later in the day to say he had found it on the van and left it at another reseller he was delivering to near to me the next day. Also the amount of board adhesive included in the kit is no where near enough and I ran out before the last board was fitted. Buried in the instructions is stated that one tube is enough for one square metre of shower wall panel. I had ordered 2 more tubes but this still resulted in me not being able to fit the 3rd board. Also the board adhesive tube does not fit in a standard tube gun - it’s about 15mm too long!!! . I liked you ( Rubber Duck) but the product is very average. Rubber Duck 9/10 - Shower Wall 3/10”
