“Product came as promised looks better than photos Delivery service was great. Had a few broken parts but customer service was very helpful and are sending out the replacement parts over good service”

“Bought cladding but it arrived while I was at work, some is damaged only at the ends so I can work with that. But the packs were full of water again I can work with that but the order shouldn't arrive in this condition. As I ordered 6 packs, I've just seen I could have bought a pack of 4 for 72 pounds instead of 94 pounds. Think that should have been done automatically. Not stating the job until Feb but apart from the issues pointed out all seem fine”

“I was nervous of doing such a large purchase online. I could have got the same product through a local supplier but I would have been significantly more expensive so I took the plunge. Imagine my horror when I received an email to say it would be 5-6 weeks for delivery. Luckily on further investigation through a phone call to the office it turned out it could be sourced at another distribution centre and could (and was) be with me by Friday! All in all very friendly and good service but would just ask you check all the facts before giving me grey hairs!”

“Great overall however sadly I couldnt get the items to myself and had to cancel as Rubberduck is not shipping to Ireland directly and forwarded couldnt accept large size packages :(.”

“I was very happy with the way the order was handled and the prompt delivery. My only issue with the product is that on the web site the details are incorrect. I ordered 2 x transeal kits ,as it stated they were 1850mm long. However they are 2400mm long, so I only needed the one trim. They cost £40.00 each so I felt this was an unnecessary expense. Also the edge trims were not the same design as shown, so I had to go out to a tile shop to obtain additional trims to suit. Again this was an unwelcome cost of £35.00. I appreciate I should have checked more closely on delivery so I have kept the trims as I had not contacted Rubberduck Bathrooms within the 7 day period. Otherwise the panels were great and I have now completed the shower unit.”

“A mixed experience. Items listed as 'in stock' had not arrived after 10 days. After contacting customer services it transpired the items were not in stock. Customer services were quick to respond and chased the progress of my order. The order arrived once back in stock. A shame the stock level was not accurate at the time of order or that I wasn't contacted to tell me of a delay, instead I had to contact them. I would use again as the customer service was good, but if I needed products immediately I would probably phone to check stock level before placing an online order.”
