“The Shower caddy is excellent. On delivery the box was very badly damaged so the deliveryman and myself opened it to check the contents were in good order. It was fine but what had happened to the parcel on route? Fortunately the contents were very sturdy and I am very pleased. Thank you.”

“Prompt delivery and all in good order. We were surprised that the bath panels were in two parts, and came with no instructions! As the details on line don’t mention the two sections. We got there in the end using our own fixings and batons. All looking good - thank you.”

“Easy website to navigate, with a reasonably quick purchasing element. Delivery was on the day stated and was securely packaged. We have not used them before but would have no problem with ordering with them again or with recommending Rubberduck Bathrooms to any potential customers.”

“I pre-ordered a boiling water tap which took 6 weeks or so to finally be shipped after a couple of email queries and then a phone call but the product arrived well packaged and as expected in time for my kitchen fit so I have no complaints. I've discounted the waiting time as I ordered it as a pre-order, so from a delivery perspective, the item was shipped and delivered in good time - 3 days)”

“The only complaint is that there wasn’t any proactive updates on the delay of the delivery. Apart from that the rest of the process was straightforward and the product was delivered as expected and I would use them again.”

“Very positive experience with the order processed and shipped very quickly. Transport was quick as well, order to delivery 4 days, but the transport company never communicated so delivery could not be planned for. A 5 star experience with better delivery information. Would use again.”

This review was the first we heard of the issue, but we can see that our team has already reached out to have the damaged panel replaced by the manufacturer. “Quick order and processing, rapid dispatch. I can't fault the updates provided by the company when it comes to keeping me up to date. Although this may be out of the hands of the company, the item has been held by the delivery company in excess of forecast delivery dates.”
