“Further to my last review and rant - I spoke to Jeremy yesterday at Rubberduck who was extremely helpful and dealt with my query very promptly and kept me in touch regularly re my delivery. Delivery company were also excellent at keeping in touch and boards arrived at 8 am this morning. I have not unwrapped the boards yet which is why I am only giving 4 stars at this stage. Thank you to Jeremy and Craig.”

“Really nice people to deal with on the phone, very polite and helpful. I ordered Neptune Megaboard and it looks really good and is a sturdy product. Only issue that on ordering I was quoted 2-5 day delivery, then had an email a couple of days later it would be nearly 20 days. Appreciate they are at the mercy of their suppliers but it would have been helpful to know there was a possibility of delayed delivery.”

“great product however the communication between customer, depo and sales not very proactive was told delivery days which i waited in for and after 3 calls arrived 1 week later i understand under current situations things are taking longer but was not happy with being told different things or i would of given full marks but on the whole i would recommend :) ps thought i may have had a rubber duck included as other reviews have mentioned”

“Service from you was good,quick and easy to order but sadly it arrived damaged by the courier and we were unable to use the product. We contacted the manufacturing company and they sent a replacement but sadly also broken by the courier service, hence waiting again for a replacement.”

“it was easy to cut and i was lucky the bath is short so no need for the plinth a good high gloss . I think for those that need the plinth it would be much harder because the original frame would need to be replaced to allow the plinth to move inwards I think you should tell buyers that before buying it as for a lot of diy persons its would make it to difficult on existing bath. For diy persons you just screw it on and put some mastic over the screw very easy and still looks good so long as just the 4 corners are drilled and not the middle area.”
